Great when it works but as soon as you have a problem you have zero chance of getting it resolved. DPD returned my last order to them for no reason whatsoever, phone number is inactive, live chat non existent and don’t reply to emails. This is the second issue I’ve had, last one I took the hit but will be getting a refund via bank this time and not using the service again

Avoid at all costs these people do not care in the slightest. I have been a customer for a while. I have been scammed by a website linked to pharmxtra they denied being involved and they continued to phone me strange that when nobody can get in touch with anyone. Also my last order the dispenser works for uk meds l guarantee uk meds no nothing about this and soon will. Uk meds are regulated and you need an nhs perscription. If you even dare to complain your account will be disabled a lot of people need their medication they do not care. I stopped getting certain meds because they was fake but never had a problem with pain killers. We all know no genuine pharmacists are involved. Also the reviews on truspilot do not match their feefo reviews everyone who makes a transaction is entitled to leave a review on feefo. Usually pharmxtra will send the link but not if you have previously complaind. So aslong as you have an order number get in contact with feefo they will send a link and out these people for what they are. They are not working from dubai they are working in the uk. They are giving you hardly any way of getting in touch remove the numbers they dont work. The live messages vanish soon as sent. And theres probably one person dealing with emails who knows nothing. People who have had no issues as yet good for you your time will certainly come. Like l said l have been with them quite a while but not a chance will l put up with issue after issue. If we all complain to trustpilot and feefo about are negative experiences they will be removed. Eu meds were terrible they rebranded and its all happening again.

Ordered Dihydrocodeine 30mg after my hip replacement as I was running low. Arrived ok but I would prefer Royal Mail Tracked as this would have gone through the letterbox scanned. Instead DPD delivered, you need to be in and have a code ready that they text to you.
Regarding meds, they do not seem to have the same, if any strength compared to the hospital prescribed meds.Arrived in a plain box with a sticker but not signed off. I have no idea who the drug company is?
When I saw my doctor he could not believe I obtained these online and UK based!

I ordered, told delivery would be done without being present. But alas I did need to be there.. a refund was offered less deductions. This is completely unacceptable! Especially when the delivery company took pictures each time there apparently tried to deliver my parcel.. on picture was of my property, one of someone else's house and one of streetview when my house was still a barn! Last week on Friday I ordered pain…
Last week on Friday I ordered pain killers , and I choose Saturday delivery, which cost me another £10, just for delivery. Of course I didn’t received my order. Tried contact the company, 2 days no response so far. So now just waiting and questioning myself if I got hacked… I checked dpd, they got information about my delivery but they didn’t received a parcel.I was expecting my package get last Saturday….3 days now so far waiting for parcel…
Long story short
Long story short, DPD delivered my order to the wrong house. Contacted DPD who admitted this and asked me to see if I could find it......I could not, the gps waypoint they gave me was in the middle of a road and none of the houses in the area looked like the photo they sent of the front door. So I complained to DPD who promptly stopped answering my emails.
Then complained to pharmxtra who said they contacted DPD and apparently the correct code was given for the package.
But wait a minute.....didn't dpd admit they delivered the package to the wrong house?
Yes, they did.
Then how could the correct code have been given?
It couldn't, dpd are simply lying.
I sent pharmxtra the email chain showing dpd's admission, their response...."dpd say the correct code was given". well, they also say they delivered it to the wrong house so how could the correct code have been given?
Over a month later i'm still down £100 and have no pain relief medication....and no sign of a refund from pharmxtra or replacement.
This is what happens when you use cheap ass couriers.
And if pharmxtra are reading this..

Made a second order with the company and because I ordered from a different email address they have closed and blocked both my accounts and refuse to serve me anymore and were quite rude about it. I have only made 1 previous order and this was my second one as my other email address is down due to it being hacked. So disappointed as I couldn't fault the 1st order I made!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pharmxtra took full payment in advance for my medication, then sent only 28 tablets instead of 100 that I had paid for. I have been trying to contact them for 6 days, I have tried online 'chat', email and telephone, but no one has responded or spoken to me and I cannot get a refund. Very disappointing and upsetting. Do not use them!

Poor delivery options
Placed an order on Sunday evening paid for next day delivery so expected it to arrive on Tuesday. Didn’t arrive despite me being home all day, had an email today (Wednesday) saying my order will be delivered today between 4-5pm from DPD. Did a live chat with PharmXtra explaining that no one will be home this afternoon and the best they could do was re arrange delivery for tomorrow (Thursday) I asked if it could be delivered in the morning as I have to go to work but apparently they can not specify any timeframe. So if it arrives tomorrow afternoon again no one will be in again. Terrible service, should receive the delivery by the weekend!

I have previously been very pleased with the thorough, professional service and usually give them a 5 star rating.
I'm hoping this a one off incident as they have not given me the right amount of medication.

Great service. Ordered late on Monday 23rd, received today (26th). DPD were a day late but that’s not PharmXtra’s fault. Genuine products as well

I've previously ordered when they were EU Meds great service.
Now they use YOTI for verification and everybody knows that is shit,I've tried to order about a dozen times and my ID is rejected every time.
Their phone number doesn't work and no response to emails so I've gone elesewhere.
Why did I try them again?! 😩
I hadn’t used this company for a number of months and decided to give them another try. I now fully remember why I gave up on them previously!! I placed an order at 11am yesterday and paid for next day by 12 delivery via DPD. 3pm rolled around and I was concerned if had no update. I reached out to Live Chat and lo & behold, I then received notification the order had been processed and an email from DPD saying they would be receiving my parcel. Over 24 hours has now past. DPD did not deliver today and the tracking has not updated, it still states that they are awaiting the parcel. I again reached out to Live Chat and was told that due to ‘a technical issue’ my order had not been processed and was still with the pharmacy. When I asked when I can expect to receive it, Michelle M ended the Live Chat and the function to use it was no longer enabled. So, I have no idea what is going on, just that I’m £120 out of pocket & without the medication I require. Shockingly poor.

I requested next-day delivery for Saturday and paid extra for it. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the package on Saturday. DPD is still indicating they have the order details but haven't received the parcel from Pharmxtra. This situation is quite frustrating. I've sent Pharma several messages and emails, but I haven't received any updates on whether they've actually sent the parcel or just created the label. I’ll keep you updated on the progress 🫣
