Great customer service! Had to return hair for an exchange & the process was so easy!

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with an order/payment and it was investigated very quickly and all is resolved! I will always use euphoria’s products for my clients, best quality of hair and the best care for there customers

I bought this hair last week, I’ve have worn most other hair brands before but this totally knocks spots of these I highly recommend this hair it's so soft and silky. The customer service is fantastic and delivery is so fast! Thank you so much guys!xx

I am beyond impressed with the hair that I have received for my client! The hair quality is truly incredible and the colour selection is extensive. The colour match for my client was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank the WhatsApp team enough for this! Both me and my client are in love with how her hair feels and looks! Following a purchase on 22nd January that was never received I want to warn others of possible issues regarding this company that is incapable of accurate customer service and the inability to follow consumer law.

This non delivery (circled around DPD for 2 weeks and eventually delivered to someone’s door step - after i instructed it to be delivered to a DPD locker) has still not been refunded to me to this day. They don’t seem to want to refund me until they have their claim settled with the postal service. As the consumer I am unable to open a claim for loss with the postal service - this lies solely with the seller to be able to make this claim. This is out of my hands and very much in theirs so they shouldn’t be holding onto my money almost 4 weeks after initially purchasing.

I humbly wouldn’t recommend this company whatsoever - so much so I have opened a credit card chargeback as I don’t believe they have any intention of refunding me.

Used euphoria one now for the past two years, the hair is always beautiful quality and lasts for my clients, the extra thick is stunning hair.

Also the new messages service is just fab, had a problem with ordering a colour for a client, messaged and within half hour the problem was fixed, and order still sent out without delay!

I have used euphoria one for the last 10 years now and would never use any other supplier, the quality of their hair and products are absolutely outstanding, I recently had to use their customer service team and wow 🤩 this is by far the best customer service team I have ever had to deal with EVER !! Honestly this company must be staffed by angels 😇

Iv had my first set of this brand in now for 6 months and they are fantastic. Iv had many brands from high end expensive to cheap but by far these are amazing for quality and price.
I can’t find how to add a picture but they feel amazing after 6 months. Like with any hair you have to look after it and I’m not very girly with pampering but I have no dry ends or knotting like the others Iv had.
I brought the ones for fine hair which are a perfect match for my fine hair.
I thought I’d be due to buy some more around now but I’m definitely going to get a decent amount of time further with them.

I have used extensions for 15 years plus and various brands, it’s my first time using this hair and I have to say the experience from start to finish was amazing, I got swatch colours very quickly, any questions I had on matching they replied straight away, very helpful, very kind and the hair is amazing, I truly love it, I will be a client for a very long time! I have to say try them you really don’t be disappointed.

Gorgeous soft hair in so many shades, the quality and texture is perfect, and the extensions are long-lasting. The customer service is amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I brought Russian hair extentions over a year ago from Euphoria never had a problem with them. Quality is great and delivery and service fab. Ive had to replace them now as they are a little short, due to hair cuts so only natural. I wanted some bright colours ans wasnt sure what to pick I messaged them via Facebook and they were amazing sending me pictures of all the colours I wanted to have a look at. Looking forward to these being put in soon. I also ordered Brazilian hair (by mistake) spoke with Euphoria they offered to change them free of charge but after talking to them and receiving them yesterday the quality is just as good as Russian. So highly recommend, just drop them a message on Facebook and they will help. Never had a problem with them, will be sticking to Euphoria for other colours next year.

I have used Euphoria one for the first time to order my hair, now upon delivery the driver at DPD decided to leave my parcel outside the house on a busy main road so when I got home from work the parcel was no where to be seen, I contacted Euphoria One straight away to let them know, they acted on this very quickly and continued to answer every message I sent, they quickly rectified the situation and sent me a replacement out in time for my hair appointment which is today at 12pm, I cannot thank them enough for making sure I got this in time for my appointment as everyone knows how expensive it is to get your hair done and I didn't want to loose out on both. I will use you again, thank you so much!!!!

I wanted to wait some time before posting a review straight away so i could see how the hair wore. i have to say i’ve had the best experience with the company.

the customer service i received was spot on - they got back to me quickly and the colour match was PERFECT. everyone in real life has even commented on it - the blend of three colours was ideal and i’m super impressed.

they’ve been in my hair for 6 weeks and they feel great. i tried this brand as i didn’t want to spend £700+ like i had been on the last two brands i used but i genuinely think ill stick with this brand now.

Highly recommended, high quality, beautiful, long lasting colours.
I've ordered several times over the years, wouldn't go anywhere else for my extensions. Highly recommend A+++
