I am a business buyer and user. I need items to be delivered in time and to the right place.
Latest purchase was delivered to the wrong address. No working Live Chat, only possible to start a ticket.
AI robot customer service says it has been sent to correct address and need me to REWRITE address in full although it is clearly stated in my order. Vevor think I am the liar here?? After many emails, Vevor Robot tell me that the package will be transferred to the correct address in 1-3 days. Now 5 days and I have still not received it. And that is PLUS the initial shipping time.
Last automated AI email just tells me that they are investigating. Local DHL is just waiting for the new Vevor order to pickup and bring to the correct address but nothing happens. I will update my review the day a human being is dealing with this ticket and contacts me.

All the products I purchased from this…
All the products I purchased from this website worked properly for only a month or two, or even had issues from the very first use, such as the grease from one of the two heat presses leaking onto the clothes… not to mention the warranty… I waited for a sensor for about a month, maybe even longer… during which time I received all sorts of emails with various excuses for the delay, only to be told later that there was a holiday in China… etc. And the repair, naturally, had to be done by me. Not to mention I was lied to and told I would receive a voucher for the inconvenience caused… Anyway.
Using the press for commercial purposes, I couldn’t afford to be without one, so I purchased another immediately after the first one broke. The second press is the one with the leaking grease…
The prices, yes, are okay, but the quality of the products leaves a lot to be desired, and the fact that they are half the price of other brands… is just not worth it. It’s better to pay double, but know you have a warranty and know who to hold accountable if something happens.
I also purchased a money-counting machine, and that gets jammed constantly. I still have a button maker, still sealed… I’m almost afraid to start using it. Even an ordinary mini ironing board, which was indeed cheap, very cheap (which is why I don’t have high expectations for it), is not stable on its legs…
My advice is to do your research before buying anything from this website, to ensure it’s worth it in terms of quality, not just the price.
