I used Euro Move for my international relocation from Vienna to Zurich and I am so happy with the service. The sales coordinator was incredibly helpful in planning every details and gave a clear, transparent quote with no hidden fees

Huge thanks to the Euro Move. I was worried about moving some fragile items, but they packed everything correctly and gave me total peace of mind. They were organized, communicated well throughout the day, and went above and beyond to make sure everything waps placed exactly where I wanted it in the new house.

The company has asked us to pay another 5.500 euro to receive our furniture, but we have already paid entirely for the full move last year, including 6 months storage. As we have refused to pay the other 5.500 euro, since we have also read the review online about this company, they will not send us the furniture, currently still stored in France.
We have report this company already to the french authorities ( fraud dept) and now we are asking a lawyer to get involved sending a letter for bridge of contract. Frankly I am not too sure we will see our belongings ever again.

I had a terrible experience with this company, and it's still ongoing. Over a year ago (July 2024), I was lied to by them and ended up paying 3 times what had been agreed after they had collected my belongings. A year later, the majority of them still haven't been delivered - irreplaceable documents, photos of, and letters from people no longer alive. I sent a mise en demeure, and then had a solicitor send one - nothing. I have now done a dépôt de plainte via a different solicitor. It strikes me that if those who have been defrauded and cheated by this despicable company stick together and share our information - which email addresses, phone numbers, and IBAN codes did euro-move.fr ask you to use, for example - when was the last contact, and with whom - then we can all have a better picture and might have a better idea about how to proceed.

J'ai eu une expérience terrible avec cette entreprise, et elle continue. Il y a plus d'un an, ils m'ont menti et m'ont fait payé trois fois le prix convenu après qu'ils aient récupéré mes affaires. Un an plus tard, la plupart de ces documents n'ont toujours pas été livrés : des documents irremplaçables, des photos et des lettres de personnes décédées. J'ai envoyé une mise en demeure, puis j'en ai fait envoyer une à un avocat, mais rien. J'ai maintenant déposé une plainte auprès d'un autre avocat. Je suis convaincu que si ceux qui ont été escroqués et trompés par cette entreprise méprisable se serrent les coudes et partagent nos informations – par exemple, quelles adresses e-mail, numéros de téléphone et codes IBAN euro-move.fr vous a-t-il demandé d'utiliser ? Quand avez-vous eu votre dernier contact et avec qui ? – nous pourrons tous avoir une meilleure idée de la situation et de la marche à suivre.

The most awful company ever. We moved three months ago and still do not have our belongings despite paying a bill which went from 4600 euros to 10800 euros. They have stopped communicating with us, they are incompetent thieves do not use.

The Euro Move experience was overall a disappointing one. Our belongings ultimately made it safely from A to B, but communication was appalling throughout the process. We did not have a clear idea of when the movers were arriving on the day of loading the van and when we tried to get in contact, the two phone numbers given on the website rang out and emails were not responded to in a timely way. Our quote stated that loading would take place on the 8th of August and unloading would be on the 10th, but we received a call on the 9th saying that the van had arrived and was ready to be unloaded, a full 25 hours earlier than we had agreed on; we were the other side of the country and this led to a very stressful day of trying to understand what had happened with the contents of our house, as no one communicated with us for hours. We wouldn't use them again - in their favour, the service was inexpensive compared to other quotes, but would have gladly paid more to avoid the stress.
