Usless booked a taxi the night before. Booked for 9.15 as my train was at 9.35. Get a call at 9.12 to say they have to cancel? There words... "we don't have a cab in your area and your job is to tiny" to tiny what a joke..
We missed our train, don't bother booking with this company if you don't have far to go as they don't do tiny jobs.
Very good experience, driver was punctual and polite. My trip was a return and I had luggage problems when coming back to Luton. My driver was kind enough to wait over an hour till the issue was resolved. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Excellent reliable service, on time driver Sam kept in touch via WhatsApp so we knew exactly where to meet him plus he is also very pleasant! Highly recommend!
