AVOID, it’s a scam
I called their “emergency line” 10 times (during business hours) because I needed to go to the emergency room during my travels but got an automated message with no option to talk to a representative. Had to pay out of pocket for my hospital stay and it’s been 4 months since I submitted my reimbursement (they said they’d have an update on my case within 30 days) but have either been told they have no updates or they just simply won’t respond. Horrible horrible service.
