Communication could be improved

Hello,
Acter order and payment I was waitîng for the parts. Answers were that parts were ordered to provider but not yet available… 3 months later I asked if équivalent parts would be available.Fortunatly It was the case so I bought them and receive them quickly + a transfer to my account since these were cheaper.
I would have appreciate if THEY would have suggest me alternative parts…

6 weeks I'm waiting for 350€ refund after I waited for months for my delivery in the firs place. Made countless calls, emails and contact attempts without any response from them. They made changes and erased payment history on that order on my account. Scammers. Its sickening.
I'm not the only one so please don't order anything from them.

Great price but unfortunately poor…

Great price but unfortunately poor communication. Items did not arrive on or near the date estimated. I contacted Eurobikes to ask for estimated delivery date or at least a tracking number...no reply. After a week I emailed again & received a response. I was told they were still waiting for my items to be delivered to Eurobikes. My items then arrived 1 day earlier than the new delivery date when I was unavailable. Luckily I was able to communicate with the delivery driver & receive my item. Thank you for the reply.

I cancelled order after FedEx had…

I cancelled order after FedEx had package in Paris over a week. Till Eurobikes works with FedEx I’m never buying again with them.
P.S.(one week later) I called Eurobikes to cancel order and refund and now after 2 weeks FedEx is saying that package was delivered today?!? Now I don’t have package nor money. Looks like scam…

Very unhappy

1 month to receive my order because 1 guy was on holiday - seems they only have 1 French speaker and all emails in French were ignored whilst he was away

AVOID - Terrible Customer Service!
I made my order and paid on 1/8/21 with Eurobikes. Now after more than one month I am still waiting for delivery.
I helped them by accepting a different colour than I wanted but they offered me nothing.
I will never use them again, now I use enduroportugalshop.com much better service, good prices and fast delivery.

Update - At last, after more than 5 weeks I have received my order. It has been a very painful experience. I definitely won’t be ordering from Eurobikes again.

Unbelievably it wasn’t the Customer Service Department who helped me, it was the person working in Social Media! 🤣

I am still trying to contact the Customer Service Department but they just ignore my emails, even the Customer Service Manager does not reply. I can’t believe this is how they treat customers who have paid money to them.
