After searching multiple sites to get soffit board and vents , found Eurocell..
Brilliant prices, free delivery and branch just round the corner from my address.
Cheap version of materials if you think properly 😉

Excellent, slight communication issue regarding the delivery, which they sorted very quickly when I notified them. The quality of goods and service was perfect. So much so I went to the Basildon store for a follow up order, and the guy there was so helpful, incredible service - thank you 👍

I ordered at lunchtime, and it was at my door two hours later; I dont know any other company who offers that kind of turnaround.

Nice product fits well it on existing concrete post and looks really nice, could do with some end cap for the graduating panels.and prompt delivery

The uPVC quadrant was good and a good price. However the Fixall adhesive that I also purchased was very difficult to squeeze out of the tube, seemed too dry and when I checked the expiry date I found that it was 3 months out of date. Too much effort to return it.

Went to the Basildon store to get some UPVC trim for our door make good and the staff were so helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

So my overall experience was poor made online order had to phone after 1 week for confirmation to phone the second week to phone again to be told there waiting on parts, ok so I waited a week to be told we’re ready to deliver items were all wrapped up looked good until I unwrapped damaged goods not happy, I have used before totally different experience, won’t use again, no communication or confirmation of order is pretty poor nowadays

I had a call informing me when items were expected for delivery. I then had a call on the expected delivery date stating they could deliver that date. Good communication

Customer service was great, shout out to Dean at Basildon he has been amazing, got everything ordered in a timely manner, answered all of questions.
We have got a dream bathroom pvc panels and it totally looks epic.

I think Eurocell is very good because they delivered an exceptional composite door at a truly great price and the Basildon store manager, Dean Bowman, could not have been more helpful. Definitely highly recommended!

Quick and easy ordering process on line, got to my local depot for collection. Within minutes I had My order and was on my way home again.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong item it was no trouble at all to swap for correct item. Staff called me back immediately after their office closed. Product good quality too. Very impressive highly recommend them.
