Robin Iles was so great from start to finish of the the project. He came to the house to show us materials and discuss designs and was so helpful throughout the whole process he was on hand at all times it was all seamless. We are very happy with the finished product.

Incredible service from Bath Branch.
Planning on making an order to collect but items showed out of stock at all local branches.
Placed for delivery instead expecting 2 - 3 day time frame.
A member of staff at Bath Branch spotted the order realised he was already collecting from site that had stock, collected my order and as he was already making a delivery in my area dropped my order to me just 2 hours after purchasing on line.
How pleasing to see they are really on the ball in the Bath Branch and saving the company time and costs by being really efficient at their job.

I ordered an item for my builder to collect. Due to illness he wasn't able to for a few days and the manager at Eurocell Bath kindly offered to deliver it for us. I expect they had a drop off near anyway but either way it was above and beyond and very much appreciated. These kindnesses make for loyal customers! Thanks again

Just popped in today to get some plastic to go around a sky light fitting. Malcom helped me as soon as I walked in and was super friendly and described the possible options I could use really clearly. Every shop needs a Malcom!

He went above and beyond my expectations.
Called in again today and met Simon’s Boss ,equally as helpful and knowledgable.
They are a valuable asset to Eurocell at Bath .
