Just been in the Beverley showroom to look at composite fencing & Steven Swain served us & he couldn't have been more helpful. He took the time to talk us through our requirements & was really friendly & helpful can't complement him enough.

Excellent service from the York and Beverley branches. Placed a large order on a Friday morning and although there were issues at one branch with a lack of drivers they moved heaven and earth to deliver the same day. Would highly recommend.

Every time I have delt with eurocell Beverley it has always been very easy

Easy to order on line.
Easy to collect from local branch,plenty of parking.
Staff helpful even assisted me to cut item so as to load into car.

Ordered 13 lengths of white shiplap cladding.
Phoned up to check availability the Gentleman on the phone was very efficient and very helpful.
I ordered the stuff online which was simple.
I was emailed an invoice straight away.
Part of the deal was free delivery, but no time slot given.
I ordered the cladding at 8.30 AM on Friday.
The cladding was delivered by Steve at 10.15 AM the same day. Unbelievable or what?
I ordered from Hull, I think delivery was from Beverley.
The cladding was spot on at a great price.
Ridiculously good service from start to finish.

Online ordering was straightforward only problem was with the click and collect, i had to ring the branch to see if my order was ready to collect as i did not receive an email or text to inform me the order was ready to collect.

I think Eurocell is very good because the service was excellent had problems ordering wrong stuff the guy at the Beverley store was brilliant helped me get it sorted can not fault the company will be using again and will definitely recommend 20 out of 10 excellent

I ordered the item your website said it was in store at my chosen branch. I received an email to say my items were ready to collect, when I arrived the items were not there and the branch said they would have to get them delivered from another branch. So I had a wasted journey and had to return the next day.

I think Eurocell is very good because when I turned up to collect my order, the branch (Beverley) was closed for a stock take. I was annoyed at this as I'd ordered stuff that I needed that day to complete a job. I had a word with a member of staff who was in the warehouse and explained the situation and he checked my email confirmation and happily went and grabbed the items for me. Other places would have probably just told me they were closed and to come back next week!
