Eurocell Bournemouth has provided a first class service to me over the last 6 months. The product is of a high standard and competitively priced.

Usually I rate these guys well, and have bought loads over the years, but last few orders! Twice had to remind them items had not been delivered, (which I can understand on one occasion). Then I go online to buy some additional items (skirting joining trims) and see them at £11.26 per item? On checking this was not for a pack, I decided to check other retailers. I got these for £1.49 each!!! Best bit of this is, they ship from guess where! Very disappointed Eurocell. That’s one hell of a profit margin. 😡

Eurocell Bournemouth branch have excellent staff very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Customer service is faultless and are a true credit to eurocell. They have a great selection in stock. Will defiantly be coming back for more plastic supplies.

Ordered Fascia after checking online you were open. Turned up and you were closed! So had to use Wickes.

Very good communication from start to finish.I was kept informed of delivery days and when work would commence.The builders were extremely hard working in the worst weather and still managed to finish on time.

Looking to replace my soffit around my house I costed on the Eurocell website but was unsure which adhesive to use so popped into the local branch and asked. Following the advice I ordered the materials and paid by card, when I got home I checked the web site to find that if I had ordered on line it would have been £40 cheaper! I rang the branch to ask if I could cancel the order and was told yes we just have to wait for approval I will ring you tomorrow. Well as you know tomorrow never comes and despite several calls I am still waiting, The materials were delivered as per the original order so I guess they class it as a closed job. Hopefully the advice is better than the customer service I paid enough for it!
