Excellent customer service and quality products
Eurocell products are perfect for my property renovation needs. They are super easy to cut and fit and very reasonably priced. I received exceptional customer service at Chelmsford branch. Paul and Stacey are both lovely, helpful people! Thank you!! I truly appreciated their advice on the appropriate cutting tool, adhesive and fixings. Free delivery was a bonus too.

Wouldn’t recommend. Maybe that will change if I hear anything about my order tomorrow….
Edit. Had a phone call the very next from mobile number which was the delivery driver saying he was 30minute way. Driver really polite and helpful. Company could still do a lot better with its communication as I had no idea it was being delivered today and it was just lucky i was at home. Rating raised from 1 to 3 stars due to driver alone

I think Eurocell is very good because was able to deliver all items to site at short notice and order completed perfectly with a Saturday delivery due to restrictions on job site.would highly recommend, the products were all in perfect condition, and was able to complete the installation within any delay or disruption.
