Sealand road Chester - went to the store to collect our paid for order at 10am today, store was closed which we now have found seems to be a regular occurrence. The store is advertised at open 8am to 12pm. There was at least 4 vehicles with customers waiting.. very bad for the business.. this isn’t the first instance of incompetence and I am severely disappointed as I couldn’t complete the task I had set out to finish today.

Called in today for bathroom ceiling cladding Jacob was extremely helpful as I didn’t have a clue on what was available and what to buy I will use this company again in the future

Visited Chester branch, not certain what products we needed, Jacob was very knowledgeable and happy to guide us through the process of the work we were undertaking to make sure we had all the necessary parts, screws etc to complete the job without making a 2nd trip! Our order was delivered 8am the following morning as promised. Great customer service, will definitely be visiting Eurocell again for our next project.

The staff were very helpful throughout the entire process and helped to put right any mistake I made when ordering and I’m very happy with the products supplied

Jacob at the Chester branch was very helpful and pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable on the fence panels that I was interested in. The panels appear to be of good quality and I’ve only bought a couple to replace a small section of fence but I’m considering using them to replace existing rotten timber panels.

Great service from ordering online to collecting, very reasonable prices too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I visited the Chester store to order fence panels, I wasn’t quite sure how many I needed so asked if they wouldn’t mined me coming back for just a few more if needed, Jacob was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, placed the order and free delivery. The driver was pleasant on time and contacted me when he was on his way. Yes I did have to go back and order some more panels, great service again by Jacob and delivery team. Thank you. The fencing looks fabulous.

We ordered composite fence panels, cheaper ordering direct than through Amazon! Click & collect from Chester branch which worked perfectly. Picked them up at 7.30am the next day and staff were brilliant, helping me to get them in my car.

I was immediately impressed by the excellent customer service as soon as l walked into the store.
Craig and Jacob went out of their way to ensure that my complicated order was exactly what l required.
Their patience and guidance were very much appreciated and l cannot fault the after sales service that they continue to provide.

I asked Eurocell Chester ( Craig ) for a quote on a large conservatory project. The service I received was excellent, all the way from quotation to delivery. The communication was excellent . I was kept up to date every step of the way.
Delivery was exactly on time and the delivery guy ( Jay) was very helpful.
Overall, an excellent service.

I think Eurocell is very good because the online service was very easy to use and the item I needed was the best price by a large margin. I'm about to start another project and I will buying everything I need from Eurocell

All the items I wanted are in stock at local depot. Ordering online was simple. When I visit the depot staff are always helpful.

Ordered last week and still waiting for notification that my order is ready to collect. Now bought elsewhere so please refund my money.
