Quick and affordable

There was an issue with my order where they had forgot to order part of it. This was only picked up after i chased up where my order was.

It took a further two weeks to to arrange a partial delivery of the products that were in stock. The process was frustrating with calls not being answered or emails not replied too.

The products themself were of good quality and great price.

Wide range of products with dimensions and colours to choose from them as per our need. Better Quality and nationwide delivery.

I needed some cladding for my garage and decided to check out Eurocell. The staff at the front desk, Suresh & John were super helpful in helping me choose the right product. When I realized the cladding was too big for my van, they didn’t even hesitate to offer delivery to my house, even though they were busy. The product itself is top-notch quality, and the service was just awesome. Staff were friendly, humorous, and really helpful. Highly recommend the Hayes branch!

Placed an order, told I would be receive a delivery time within 3 days, not heard anything so sent an email after 5 days and no response. Called today (day 8) and they said would find my order and call back in 10 mins, 4 hrs later still no call. Hence the bad review

HAYES BRANCH service is best among all Eurocell branches. Good product and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend all to go to Hayes branch.

Friendly and reliable. Sebastian in the Hayes branch walked me through all the different options for fascias and soffits, then ordered everything for me, and the same Sebastian also delivered everything two days later. In October, I embarked on a self-build project and used Eurocell Hayes. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to advise me on all parts required to get the job done. I revisited on Monday 4th Jan 2021 due to a faulty part which was promptly replaced. So a big thumbs up to Aman, the store manager and your team, your customer after care service is spot on.
