Use this Branch on a fairly regular basis and I have to say the Service is second to none! These Boys are on the button, we won’t be going to Uplastics any longer

From showroom to delivery

From the visit to the showroom to the delivery this afternoon, the team were extremely helpful and pleasant. Helped me select the right product and then on delivery, brought all of the panels down the garden with me.

Plastic skirting

Ordered skirting, looks great and quality is very good. Plastic skirting was easy to cut and fix to the wall. Would definitely use again.

very helpful staff

We had some facials and other items delivered. Reece the delivery person was brilliant he asked where I would like it put. Moved his van to our drive and put in in the place I said he even helped move a ladder 3 run he was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. He explained what was what as putting down. Customer service was very good and he was lovely. Keep up the good work. Went into store L
Day later and staff in there were lovely and very helpful
Would certainly say if you wanted any plastic cladding facials. Give this company a call

Great staff, poor management

This review is in 2 sections based on interaction at Ipswich branch. First visit, was seen to by young red headed gent and the delivery driver was there too. These 2 were and are fantastic, knowledgeable about the products, the services and made me feel valued, so a week later I went back purely based on these 2, again they were brilliant and advised me wisely and arranged a quick delivery. When using the gutter clips from my second order I found the product to be of poor quality, 2 out of around 12 snapped, also one of my gutter end pieces I needed to exchange for another type, my plans also changed and I needed 2 extra gutter clips, this time I was seen to by another guy, not in uniform so probably a manager, he felt the need to blame me for the clips, he talked down to me and then felt he had to read me my rights as a consumer, basically in his opinion if any more broke then tough s***, most of what he was telling me concerning consumer rights was incorrect too, this guy had undone all the great customer service the other 2 had done. All for the sake of a couple of clips that probably cost you pennies. This was September last year, I vowed to never return until this week when Eurocell had exactly what I wanted at the right price and I couldn't get it elsewhere. When I walked in the brilliant young gent was there, again great customer service and he saved me money too, then walked in the delivery guy, he came past the desk, the same great delivery guy, he popped into the office, the office door was open next to the counter and I had to witness what I can only assume was the manager talk to him like dirt, easily in earshot of myself. It was awful. Eurocell need to praise the 2 guys that do wonders for their customers (5 big stars for that) but send who I assume is their Manager or whoever this person is on a customer service, management and leadership course!
