Wow my skirting was very good Quality I ordered it on the Sunday it was here for Monday thanks Eurocell

My experience was great, due to excellent attitude and customer service.

Eurocell, Kidderminster Branch, service is absolutely brilliant, order placed 20-15 last evening, delivered 11-15 this morning. Very pleasant and helpful delivery driver, unloaded the order put it where I wanted it, great. This is my second time dealing with this company and branch, both times excellent.

I think Eurocell is very good because they are very helpful and always have what we need.

Ordering online was easy even though I do not have an account, I collected my PVC architrave the next day were the attendant cut it in half for me so I could get it in my car.

First time using this branch, incredibly helpful staff! Had stock of everything I needed, will definitely be using them again.

World class service from Mo, Chris and Tom. The team here are a credit to your company and the reason I use Eurocell. Nothing is ever too much and always happy and helpful in store.

Easy process from ordering to delivery.Customer service at my local Kidderminster branch was exellent.Answered questions and processed delivery quicker than expected.

We had a leak in our conservatory. Traced, what I thought the problem was worn out tape on the end of polycarbonate roofing sheet. Went along to our nearest Eurocell centre, asked the salesman if they had any of this, tatty worn out piece of tape in my hand. Sorry, we don’t stock that, but just a minute, looking on there system. Found someone who did supply it, and even wrote the part number down. Now that is service.

Totally appalled by the cowboy sales tactics I received when one of your reps came round my home. Quoted £12,000 initially for two doors. Before we even commented dropped to £6,000 then £3,500. When I said I’m gaining more quotes, he ran out the door. Pretended to be on the phone to the director. Can’t pull the wool over my eyes…

Very impressed with everything from start to finish. Friendly helpful staff and delivery next day. Product roomline skirting looks really nice too.

Outstanding delivery , I placed an order online for a delivery at my nearest branch 18 miles away, It was delivered 45 minutes later , amazing !!!

The team at Kidderminster offered helpful practical advice on installation and then a flexible approach to delivery that allowed us to overcome what would have otherwise been a challenging offloading situation

Our turnover with Eurocell has greatly increased over the past 18 months due to the effort and commitment shown to M3 by Ian Heppinstall and his team. Ian strives on the customer's requirements being priority and regularly goes over and above his role requirements.

I am giving 5* for the service Connor offers us, without him I would hate to think what the depot would be like.
