Great customer service and excellent prices. Also rang to ask if they could deliver earlier than planned which was a big bonus to us, thank you Middlesbrough staff.

I placed an order on-line 7 Aug 25. On 11th I called my local branch to ask for an eta. They said it wasn't delivered to them on their weekly delivery and to call again next week. I called 19th Aug to be told it was not on this weeks delivery. When I asked when I could expect delivery they said that they could not tell e as it was down to the central team as it was ordered on line. They had no telephone contact for that team to supply me. I called the Derby branch who gave me a head office number . I called them and was forwarded to Julie who told me that the local branch should not have dealt with it like that and she would contact them to reinforce teaching that they had had. She could not give me any information regarding my order. Today 20th Aug the local branch have called me to tell me that there is NO STOCK of the product on my order and that I SHOULD CANCEL my order and ask for a refund. Which II shall duly do followed by a complaint.

First order. Very happy with price paid for goods. Disappointing they dont put your order to one side once paid. They had sold the tape i ordered and paid for.
Orders should be picked and put to one side resulting in better service.

Great product ever used before but great looking when on easy to cut and fix with internal and external fittings with it got the anthracite skirting woodgrain will get white for bedroom
