The Eastfield Scarborough Branch were absolutely fantastic. I phoned on Saturday and was spoken to in such a friendly happy manner and they not only open Saturdays but open each day at 7.30 am. I went along and again a pleasure to go in and be shown the products. I took my time and help and advice was given when I requested it. For a female in a male domain it was refreshing. Would go there again in an instant. Rest of Scarborough needs to take notice of how to respond to customers.

A few months ago I ordered cladding from your company, after delivery I did not check if the quantity was correct, last week I started installing and I realized that four pieces were missing, there were supposed to be 31 and I was delivered 27, so I had no other choice but to pay a second time for what should have been delivered earlier, that is why I give one star

I think Eurocell is very good because the Scarborough store had all items in stock and staff were excellent.

I came to the Scarborough branch to order a new door and a few other bits that I needed. The manager Rob helped me with what I needed and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend 👌

Rubbish windows & doors, buy else where. Gaps in doors, then told that’s how they are. Wouldn’t even come & have a look at the problem. £1700 on double doors with gap you can see through. Had to stick trim to the bottom of door leaf to meet rubber on outer frame. Hinges fully down.

Went to the guys at eurocell again today , so friendly and helpfull.products high spec ,fast delivery I will use them always . Cheers lads .

The young lady that served me was very knowledgeable and helpful, under pressure as her work colleague was off work isolating.
Nothing was too much trouble.
She is a credit to your company.

I use the Scarborough branch they are very helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble even if you ask something they don’t know they will find out for you through many resources they have they work as a great team and are a credit to the company I highly recommend them
