The online ordering was easy and straightforward . When I went to collect my order the staff at the Sunderland branch were extremely friendly and helpful,very polite and knowledgeable. I can't praise them enough for the service I received.
I would highly recommend this company for all you plastics.

Great fast service, items delivered within 3 hours

Easy to order on line, they kept in touch for a delivery time, the driver efficiently unloaded the panels to site no problems. Would definitely use this company again.

I went into the Sunderland branch leechmere twice this week the first time the two chaps serving never acknowledged me , ok one off the second time I asked have you a sample for an order I was about to place the the order and asked I don’t suppose you have a sample he replied very sarcastically your right I don’t , I then asked have you an off cut and joyfully replied no , he had no interest in helping me I won’t be going back

I have been in a couple of times this week and everybody was helpful and best of all knowledgable on the items they sell. Delivery was quick and easy. Prices are great and will use them more often.

Wow what can I say this Company is amazing based in Sunderland Tyne and Wear expert advice and service every question answered without hesitation as mentioned the service was excellent and delivery to the second I will be returning to this company and cannot rate them high enough I would say 10/10

4 times I've been into Eurocell Leechmeere and each time the service has been outstanding, helpful, patient and a true credit to the company. Eurocell is competitive on pricing, the manager Kyle is brilliant who cannot do enough for you. Hugely knowledgeable but willing to help no matter how big or small. On each occasion his advice has been proven correct and I've saved ££££ by following his guidance. In his absence Ron was also patient and hugely helpful. I was even offered a lovely fresh coffee and the guys took time to explain ehat i need for my next project. Without doubt I will be going back. The delivery was also bang on time and everything I asked for was there within 24hrs. What a great service. It is a pleasure going into the branch and I cannot thank the staff in particular Kyle for his help.

Ordered the items with free delivery and arrived within 3 hours.

Kyle is so helpful. Helped me with the purchase of pvc skirting and door architrave. I had no idea how to fit them he went through all the ends that I needed and adhesive also showing me how to fit. 5* he went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help.

Placed my order in good faith. After no update I sent a number of emails before I got a response and a further couple of emails before I was told that you didn’t have the stock to send me. The only positive from my experience was the efficiency that my refund was organised.

Just opened an account at Eurocell and they are cheaper than my old supplier also free delivery and great products

Easy online ordering, very fast delivery. Would have given 5 stars if I'd had notification of delivery as promised. Order just turned up & no communication whatsoever. I just happened to be there to accept it!
