Easy to order and collect. Simple. Perfect.

As a trade window fitter, i have just been into the Uckfield, Eurocell branch, I ordered 7 packs of Tapco tiles £462.00 inc vat which due to being in the area i couldn't get to my local branch, the guy which served me charged me £2.20 plus vat per tile when 2 other branches were £1.96 and £1.90 plus vat, when questioning the branch guy 'Chris' he asked for the other 2 branches details which i declined and stated, best price, Eurocell seem to make up discounts as they go, Gap were cheaper again although in the wrong area as i needed these today, unlike a UK wide network, all branches just work on 'how much ' they can rip the trade client off, this is maybe why the man at the top 'Mr Darren Walters) seems to have been sacked for trying to manage the fairness of the branches instead of ripping the customer off to please greedy shareholders, and good like if you have their new Aluminium 'Alunet' good luck trying to make that work..

Product excellent, fitted extremely well. Exactly the part I needed to joint guttering downpipe to drainage.

We visited the Uckfield Branch where Ben was serving. He was very helpful in sorting out an order for us. He worked up a quote & made sure that we had everything we needed to do our soffits & fascias.
He also sorted out a date for delivery & made the whole ordering process so easy. Thank you Ben

I ordered nearly £1000 worth of goods over two weeks ago and still have not received - Uckfield branch did not answer their phone all day today - unbelievable. I have been mislead several times and each time been left with no firm date. Think twice before using this company.

Ben and his team always go above and beyond to help our business and nothing is ever too much trouble.
We have used other branches before and they are not a patch on the Uckfield store.

If I wrote the review I want to, the response would be he obviously owns the company, or his dad works there. Both far from the truth, absolutely, unbelievable level of service by the manager and his team all with a great smile. Any kind of building plastic requirement visit this Eurocell branch in Uckfield, you will not come away disappointed.

The service we recieve is second to none. Products are spot on, deleveries are always on time and the prices are very competetive. Great staff very willing to help.

I think Eurocell is very good because the staff at the uckfield branch are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have the item in stock they are quick to recommend alternatives or offer to order it in. One one occasion, they went to another branch to collect the items I needed and get them delivered to me the next day.

I cannot praise the manager Ben Moore enough, he really goes above and beyond to help us whenever he can. Nothing is too much trouble and I think he deserves recognition for his outstanding service!
If you want something done, Ben is your man, he really is a credit to the company and we really appreciate everything he does for us. Top quality manager.
