Only given this a 1 star review because there is no zero.
I have had major issues with the pricing and delivery from this company. Priced for goods online and then went into the local store only to find I was being charged about 30% more than the price online. I am supposed to have a discount set on my account. Checked when I got back home to clarify the price and found that it was cheaper online. Phoned them and they said this was because my account hadn’t been set up yet again!!! This is by no means the first time this has happened. How is it that sometimes it’s set up and sometimes it isn’t. Complained to the branch and they adjusted the prices to come into line with those online, shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Phoned head office and they said the branch do not know the online prices, only the in-store prices!! So, for the next job, I ordered online, this gave a two-day delivery window, two weeks later I had still not received the goods and contacted the online number. They said that my items were at the local branch and the order couldn’t be fulfilled, as they couldn’t find a pack of screws. All this time they had been sitting on the order, which I was waiting for, and not contacted me at all to say the majority of the order was ready for delivery. Ended up going to collect said order myself. Missing part of order still ongoing. They can’t even run a tap never mind a business. Total bunch of SCAMMERS, do not buy from them, there are far more reputable companies out there that supply the same goods at competitive prices and deliver on time.

Easy to navigate your website. My order was followed up, with a phone call from your local branch, with an update and explanation when my delivery will arrive.

We have used Eurocell before for other materials and found them too be reasonably priced and all in all a great company to buy from.

Not happy that our order was dumped in the alley between our neighbours and our house, they did not tell us when the order was coming nor did they knock on our door

Let me just say: I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a bunch of lads who sell windows, doors, and fascia… yet here we are. That’s how good they are. These boys could probably sell ice to a penguin and convince it’s “premium grade, mate.”

From the moment I walked in, they somehow managed to explain everything without making me feel like I needed a degree in construction. The sarcasm was strong, the banter was stronger, and somehow I still walked away feeling like I actually understood what I was buying. Miracles happen.

And then there’s Tony — the delivery driver. The man, the myth, the absolute hero. Tony delivers your order like he’s delivering a royal baby. On time, no fuss, and with that “I’ve seen everything and none of it surprises me anymore” look on his face. If there were Olympic medals for turning up, Tony would have at least two golds.

The lads in the shop know their stuff, the products are solid, and Tony brings it all to your door with the enthusiasm of a man who’s had exactly one red bull too many. Honestly? Can’t fault them

Huge thanks to Tom and the team at Workington branch. Always helpful and excellent service. I’ve had many orders from them and always at a good price and delivered when expected and never had any issues

Would give less than one star if I could. Waited over a month for my order. Workington euro cell are clueless.

Poor customer service.
Order was placed and paid for.
No update of delivery after 3 days which it stated.
Emailed the local delivery unit twice and got no reply,it took emailing customer service to actually kick start the delivery and for my items to be delivered. Second time this has happened with the company/local delivery unit.

Items it said on your web site were in stock I order them and pay for them then have to wait 3 week for them to come into stock, this is the second time this has happened
