Because of emigration I have to change…
Because of emigration I have to change my car plates and it is required to have a technical document. So I paid nearly € 400,- and I expected that I could download it immediately after payment, but this was nog the case. I had to wait for 3 weeks. After 4 weeks we called and they said it would take an other week. After that week I got an e-mail 'it can take more time'. So we called again about the timeframe. We got an email that it can take about 2 weeks more. So we are now on ±8 weeks, so I wanted to cancel the order, because this is not what they promised. But they 'say' that this is not possible... this is excessive! NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE! THIS IS A SCAM! By the way you can have this report in 1 day and for only € 100,-!

The rare cases when it happens are due to the vehicle's brand delays in the issuance of the COC.
The manufacturer being the only institution able to issue the documents, it remains out of our hands. All the more so since all COC orders for this brand are affected at the same time, no matter the company your order with.
However, we understand the end result might be similar for you since your choice was to place and order with us. Therefore, and taking into account the state of your order, we would be happy to refund you. We sincerely hope your COC will arrive soon as this situation affects everyone in the process.
Finally, please note that our priority remains to simplify your procedures. Even in such cases where unexpected delays have complicated the situation, we are working diligently to ensure that your order is handled as a priority and gets into your hands as quickly as possible.

Very poor and you clearly dont get what you require.
First offer says CoC in 5 mins then clicked Nissan and it became 12 business days. It actually took 16 working days to get CoC on an email. Submitted the CoC to DVLA and they have rejected it as not acceptable. Emailed CoC and as normal had no response, phoned them and they said they would look into it. Just got an email saying its not there problem and I should apply for a GB conversion IV. this would cost another £100. The company doesnt do what it says it will Advise all to steer clear.

Even if it turned out that more elements were requested by your local authorities, the COC supplied by our company complies in every respect with the requirements.
As our company is responsible for issuing COCs and not for the complete registration process, we are not in a position to undertake the parallel steps requested by the authorities. We do, however, make sure to provide all the information we have for each of the unique cases we handle, so that we can offer you the clearest possible view of your situation and advise you as best we can. As for the processing time for Nissan vehicles, it is indeed a standard 12 working days for this brand, you will find the mention directly on the webpage. We apologize for the 4-business-day delay in issuing the COC by our supplier. We can assure you that the COC was sent as soon as it was ready.

Perfect the whole service and process, and more taking into account my car company is also charging a lot of money for the CoC. A very good service for this company. A pity to have this need as I have also recently bought a brand new Japanese car coming with the CoC included in the car documentation.

Extra data/history of the auto it not depends of EUROCOC (attention: can be nothing if nothing was registered) could costs 29Eur.

We, as an intermediary company, are not involved in producing or printing the COC, however all certificates are 100% official documents which must be accepted by the registration authorities.
We would also like to clarify that the 29 Euro cost for the extra data/history also includes a PDF version of your document and fast shipping. Since you were not happy with this service, we will be refunding this cost to you.
