I paid €750 for a test that should have only really cost about €200, I did this because they told me it would be back very quick. We are now looking at almost six weeks later, and the test still hasn't been sent to us. This company is a complete and utter scam and took my money and done nothing for me.

Lou was very interested in the fact that the cat fish died and not the koy. cat fish are bottom feeders and heavy metals go to the bottom of the pond.Lou came
to my property and he dragged several samples from the bottom ofthe pond, we also took several samples from the kitchen sink. Their were quite a few samples in
plastic bottles dark and clear glass bottles. I then gave Lou a check for $425.00 I also asked how long to get the results back? Lou stated two weeks.Well two
weeks went by then a month. One day I phoned Lou and he started to complain about the new company. Then he said let me check and see if their is anything on
the computer. He said I see paraquat at a high rate and deraquat at double the maximum! He told Sharon (my wife) to check out her symptoms and look at daraquart.
We were devistated and glad at the same time Lou said to Sharon for her to check out the
deraquat and look at her symptoms. I said to Lou "ARE YOU SURE" Lou got a bit upset and said I know what I am looking at. We started to phone the neighbors
About an hour later a Judd Rogers phoned (407-339-5984) us from the main office and said to us "We Found Nothing". To say the least I was outraged and very
suspecious.
I demanded a refund and Mr Rojers said he would let the office know. I told him what Lou said about the paraquart and daraquart and he said Lou does not
know how to read the reports. WHAT? I did yell at Mr Rojers and said I would sue him. I told him Lou from Flowers Lab was either told to be quiet or
he is completely incompitent. Time went by and I called the main office they knew nothing about the issue. So I phoned the office spoke with a Willow

and was told she would let Ms Samantha Cockrin. A while later I was phoned by a Mr Bernard Kirkland (912-713-6814) and he was very polite and said he was
getting my refund processed.He spoke about all the problems with Flowers Chem Lab here in Madison and that he wanted toclean things up and get a better
name in Madison

Don't use Eurofins if you are travelling to Portugal and certain other countries. The company says it is OK and their testing station said it would not say self-test on the certificate. But Portugal require a clinical antigen test, not self-administered which this is and their certificate does say self-test which causes big problems if noticed by the Portuguese customs officers. People are being fined 300 or 500 Euros and asked to pay again for a retest at Faro airport.

Booked on 24 Dec for 2 tests at Las Palmas airport on 04 Jan… money taken, only one of us then received an email on 30 Dec to say the facility was closing the next day. Good job it wasn’t just one booking!

No automatic refund and no answer to calls. Eventually received an email response having asked how to get a refund and had to supply a list of information about the bookings and payment. Surely they should have just refunded automatically like other companies do?

Seems they wanted to keep the money despite not providing the service.

Now awaiting the refunds. Not sure I should hold out much hope!

Avoid this company, they are charlatans.

29th DEC 2021..Tenerife Airport South (Sur) .. What a shambles !! Under staffed, system down (they said) people missing flights because they could not get their pre flight test done or done quick enough (even though they had booked) .. This company needs to be closed down NOW .. Daylight Robbery - DO NOT USE THEM..

Having paid for day 2 PCR test, received no confirmation and when queried told to get in touch again before I returned to UK. Code received while on my return flight! Impossible to communicate with and no response to request for refund. Don't touch with a barge pole

Eurofins Megalab at Prat / Barcelona airport was HORRENDOUS. Not only they were unprofessional, disorganized and overpriced, but the way in which they conduct the test is unnecessarily BARBARIC.

I would avoid at all costs. But, if you must go there: Make sure you have a previous appointment (make it online) or they will turn you down. It was heartbreaking to see people being told they couldn't get tested there because they had no appointments and there was no one to guide them otherwise (this included an elderly lady who kept asking for help and the girl in charge kept turning her down). Surely we can do things better, people!

Booked and paid for pre flight covid test at Fuerteventura Airport on 1st Jan 2022 the day of flight back to the U.K.

2 weeks before starting my holiday I was informed by email that the testing facility was closing on 31st Dec and therefore they were cancelling my appt- no mention of how to obtain a refund - phone line next to useless as each time I get cut off. This is not the service it claims to be - don’t use it

I ordered the PCR test. Then I didn’t receive a reference code that I could use it when I travel back to the UK.

I tried to call them for few days in different time. They say “your call is important to us” - it is a lie. They don’t care at all. They Don’t pick up the phone even company says they work 24/7, you will never be able to contact them and so I was needed to buy another test.
This is a nightmare - not a company. AVOID AT ANY COST! (I ordered from “lateralflowtesting” company and everything was solved in seconds, got the code, and spent much less time, no stress and the same price.

I wasted 90 EUR!!
While on holiday in Alicante, I ordered a PCR test to be delivered to my address, this was done well in advance of my trip. The test never arrived and I had to go to the airport in a rush (spent another 30EUR on a Taxi) and got the test there.
The testing service at the airport is good though and I got my results earlier than expected.
Despite calling/writing to customer service several times about the test that never arrived I never got a reply and lost 90EUR. UNACCEPTABLE!

Went in Monday for Antigen test. All went well, they said pick up your results online. My result said numbers where wrong. Rand Santander, rang Madrid, they just hang up. Emailed and no reply. Had to go back on Wednesday and they had put my passport number in wrong. They thought it was funny. Cost me a day of my holiday.

Used the service at Majorca Airport, my husband and I booked online and paid at the testing centre. We paid for fast pcr tests and received the results within 2 hours. Friendly efficient service, would definitely use again.

You fill in most details, and then you are allowed to enter a Spanish address only. No other options. BS.

Extremely poor services lost my PCR specimen ,from their drop box for travel,customer service appalling. Potentially could have lost my holiday but I didn't need a test in the end to travel. Didn't help with the stress I felt trying to get may result. Took days for customer services to get intouch with me. Have been promised a refund still waiting. Don't use them.

Absolutely appalling book your test elsewhere. We made 4 appointments for a family of 4 and they refused to see to us saying that they were closing in 10 mins despite claiming to be open for another 2 hours! The lady we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I speak Spanish but she continued to be abrupt and rude and ignore what I was saying. It is impossible to book a test for a minor unless they have their own phone or email! She refused to accept this. Thankfully we booked 2 days in advance of our flight. Everybody around us was having so many problems and the service was terrible. Find another test provider

Terrible experience. We paid for and had two PCR tests done in Majorca at Palma airport. They did an antigen test for me instead of a PCR and still waiting for my husband’s results! DO NOT RECOMMEND .
