Flowers never arrived, refund was never done. This company is a SCAM, they advertise with the name of local florists but those local florist has no knowledge that they are using their name. This is an order gatherer company with fake reviews.

flowers didn’t arrieve
I ordered some flowers for a birthday present on a sunday. I chose Euroflora because they delivered on sunday (allthoug paying extra for this). After they confirmed me the order, on the date, they send me an email saying they had to send the flowers next day (since locals were closed). They didn’t give me a solution and weren’t sorry at all. My sister didn’t have the flowers for her birthday since they weren’t able to make the service I purchaded. Totally a very poor and unacceptable service.

Ordered flowers for mothers day a month in advance. They emailed me on the day at 3pm to say they didn't deliver to the address I requested. I emailed back saying I want to make a formal complaint and have received no response. Not impressed.

Terrible service.
The flowers were for my aunt who had just lost her husband.
My message was not transcribed correctly - most was missing. My name was spelt wrong. The flowers were changed from what I ordered and the price changed depending on which computer my husband I used to order - went up x2
