Customer service is really not the best. I bought a print from this company in Pontypridd, which was fine. The print came with a frame of our choice but when we got it home, the frame was not the best quality in that the corners did not match and the side of the frame was dented on one side and marked on the other side. To be fare they did offer to change the frame but the replacement was of even worst quality. Unfortunately, Tamara the assistant could not really grasp the concept that if you have a quality print you need a quality frame to match. An argument ensued and in the end I got my money back on the frame. She did offer me a different style of frame, but again the quality was poor. Prints OK, frame quality very poor, customer service in the pontypridd branch leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately!
