0 stars. No order, fake tracking numbers, never rbeen dispatched, then says item beeing returned to sender, never received refund. Horrible company, horrible customer service, stay away from them!!!!

Brought a new double air bed

Brought a new double air bed, got to camping and when put up it went down shorty afterwards. Had to buy another one. Contacted eurohike but they ignored me

Painful experience

Painful experience ! Ordered a tent, received confirmation of 3-5 days delivery. And that was basically the end of the communication from them! No dispatch email, tracking didn’t work! Trying to get hold of them (Milletts, same company) is hard work! 45 minute wait on the phone, endless on hold options. They’d not processed my order whatsoever so I had 2 choices, wait or get a refund. I needed the tent so decided on a refund… which I’m still waiting for!!
Note update 15/08 - I see Eurohike have come back with the standard reply! I’ve been hanging on the phone again to them for an endless time, no answer yet and no refund still

Bigger carry bag please!

I have had a Eurohike 3 person tent for 4 years and used it a dozen times. It is robust, leak free and easy to assemble. What I'd really like to feed back to Eurohike however is - Please please make the carry bag just 20mm bigger so that is not such a huge struggle to fit the tent back in the bag. Factory packed it fits nicely but thats little use to me whilst rushing to put the tent away before tghe next downpour.

Appauling service

Made a purchase online which was then cancelled, called their helpline which went to Miller's, and they totally disowned Eurohike even though an agent a few days before helped me and told me that a refund had not been made for delivery so she processed this.

Still waiting for the item to be refunded, cannot call as Millets pretend not to know Eurohike.

Customer service is appauling.
