We’ve had a toilet on hire for nearly 2 years at one of our site, they don’t always empty the toilet, it’s been missed several times and sometimes it can be missed for 2 or 3 weeks, this has now happened at least 4 times, this isn’t acceptable…… I’m looking into finding a different supplier.

The toilet cabin did not fit into our garage as we wanted, The delivery driver was exceptional because he went back to the depot (which was miles away) to get another type of toilet that would fit. Although this whole process put hours onto his working day he remained friendly and helpful and we really appreciated his efforts. He is an asset to the company.

Never known a company , with such poor communication skills , who promise , but then don't deliver.We had a toilet delivered , but they never want to collect, absolutely dreadful , they promise next day , but dont collect, we were patient , as they said up to 7 days , well it has sailed past that and we still have the toilet on site , with daily empty promises of collection.USELESS , be warned you may get the toilet, but they are totally incapable of removing there product

Excellent company to do business with. We required some replacement reconditioned loos for children to use at our Woodland event in Canterbury Kent. Hannah 'Office Facilities Manager' took the time to choose something suitable and even sent a video of the inside and external view. All of the office team we spoke too where really customer focused and the delivery driver was so pleasant and helpful, definitely using euroloo again, brilliant customer service. This is specifically about the Chelmsford branch which has very poor service and are unprofessional. I booked a portaloo for 2 weeks and paid the quoted amount. At the time of booking I did not receive a payment confirmation email or a contract. When I contacted them regarding returning the portaloo I was told that I needed to off hire and there was a charge of £42 per week. They then preceded to take a payment of £109 without prior notice or an invoice. I contacted customer service and no one could work out how the costs were incurred. I have been unable to get through to accounts and they are also not calling back. The portaloo has now being in our possession for 3 weeks but has only been serviced once. Given the hot weather recently it is now smelling.

Terrible service. Impossible to get them to service or pick up post delivery. Paid in full but they keep on charging you and don’t let you know what it’s for. Repeated charges even after it is finally picked up. Made more than 30 calls and keepi logging the phone number but no one responds to arrange pickup. Pick up service never calls to arrange date.
Try elsewhere. Very frustrating company. Have had to cancel my card to stop any more charges. Not cheap. £180 for 2 weeks and then they’re charging me £21 again and again for I do t know what. No one came to service as per their weekly service claim. Absolutely terrible.

Very poor service! Consistently missing toilet services which is a huge issue when people have to use these facilities every day, unfortunately they don’t think it’s a problem! They said they don’t have the staff, equipment and resources to enable them to carry out all services every week! On top of this they still charge you for the missed visits which then takes more of your time trying to reclaim the funds. But it’s up to you to notice this otherwise they get away with money for nothing! How much money they must be making from clients not noticing that they are still billing for non visits! When speaking to their customer service about this all they could say is “it’s not our problem, we can only service what we have the time to do” If you don’t have the resources to provide the relevant service don’t take on the work! I have received a response from Euroloo to contact customer service, i already have and the above is the response i got and nothing changed month after month! There is no point asking me to contact you as i have already cancelled all of our contracts and using a different supplier!

Despite giving 7 days notice for removal of the portable toilet from our site and numerous follow-up calls, the toilet has still not been collected. It hasn't been cleaned for several weeks either and is causing a nuisance in every respect to neighbours and to completion of works on site. We will not be using Euroloo again.
