Toilet arrived just after 4 pm even though they said they would do there best to do early and in the contract it guarantees by 4 pm so out of contract terms then tried to say it’s only just out but if it was the other way round you can guarantee they would enforce the contract. Then it was due for its weekly service and I checked and it was due Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. Nothing. I called. They claim they had a puncture so could not do it No call to advise me. Then they said they would put it on as an emergency service but refused to guarantee it would be done wed( following day). I called wed and was told probably Thursday as not in my area. My guys refused to use the toilet and left site to find alternative clean facilities costing me time and money. Still they would not guarantee the toilet to be cleaned on the Wednesday so I threatened them with a call to HSE as this was now an issue and they were also in breach of contract. I finally got a manager on the phone after being extremely insistent and she promised it would be done on the Wednesday between 2 and 4 pm after a fight. They rolled in to site at exactly 3.59pm.
Overall found them to be polite on the phone but useless at keeping within there own contract terms and very reluctant to assist when they fail there customer I for one will never use them again. I just hope that they turn up on Tuesday to service the toilet. Watch this space

The delivery was specifically arranged for Wednesday 06.09.23, but it arrived at 6.30am on Tuesday 05.09.23 when our guys weren't on site, the golf club manager had to be called to open the gates & he wasn't very impressed! There was a distinct lack of Elsan blue flushing liquid in the unit, when they phoned to ask if it could be sorted, they were told that there is no servicing included in the first 2 weeks of hire. There have been 4 people using it over the last 8 days & the flushing water is brown & disgusting. We would not recommend hiring from Euroloo & will not be doing so in the future.

Totally unreliable. Take far longer to come than they say they will. We’re actually supposed to come today but no show and although I telephoned they said they’d call back but haven’t!!

This is my worst experience with this company as I book their toilet they pick money every week but in 6 weeks they only come come once to clean and now I m calling them everyday and send emails to collect their stuff but no one responded by emails or my calls … in future I never prefer to hire this company , I m send my job postcode where they deliver their loo ox4 3hh number 26, it’s still their and people nearby complaining about smell because from last 4 weeks no one come to clean it …

After accepting the companies very competitive quote for emptying the tank I was pleased to see the wagon arrive quite promptly. The driver did a thorough job and was quite pleasant to deal with. All in all a very satisfactory service, Will use again.

Very poor service. Late delivery of loo and then not following terms of the contract with weekly servicing. Had to keep chasing and just got poor excuses. Had to terminate the contract as customer was complaining and NO compensation or apology received. Won’t use again!!

***UPDATE*** Euroloo have called me following my review and corrected me on a couple of bits which I had remembered incorrectly, they did indeed advise me that it was a risk that I would not be able to secure a unit for the date i requested. I do not remember this but I do believe that their information is correct. What I am now impressed with is the fact that they have responded rapidly and are looking to resolve it if possible. That is excellent service, regardless of whether or not a unit is available.
***Original review**** MEGA FRUSTRATING. I contacted Euroloo a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for an event I am hosting in 2 weeks time. They were very helpful on the phone when I called and I was happy to proceed with the quote I was provided with. I asked them directly if I ought to book immediately right there and then or if I should do that closer to the date itself. I was told that the best way to proceed is to wait until 2 weeks prior to the event before booking as that way I can have a better idea of the weather forecast and not run the risk of your guys running out of toilet units as you always have excessive stock with that much notice.
I called back to book the toilet today - as they suggested - and have been told that they don't have any availability at all on that date anymore. Now I am struggling to find another company to supply the unit i need on the date i need it - all very stressful and all based on their guidance. Either staff that can't be bothered to take bookings or a company that doesn't care for the customer experience.
