You took my money and after I sent the product back you refused to refund me. You sent me an email with the address in which to send the package but now customs is holding the package because it is incorrect meaning you have me an incorrect address. This business is not good.

Dodgy, cant even provide what you request
I ordered a new "lowered" comfort seat from tbis company, took 6 week to get then it wasn't lowered and no more comfortable than the original. But worse still it wont even lock down. I had to use the old back seat to get it to lock.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMP

Terrible customer experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Was sent the incorrect item. They sent images that proved that it was incorrect item while disputing the fact. 6 months and 70 odd emails later the matter is still not resolved. The company like most has good reviews but I have found a lot of customers have had the same experience as mine in that they have been sent an incorrect item, the company tries to infer that the error is the customers, then no communication and no refund. Super poor experience. Want to ensure others are warned going forward.

Bad communication / service on order placed
My Order was placed 6 June 2022.
We are now at 3 August 2022. Order has not been received. Communication not good.
Emails are send but it takes a long time for replies from Euro Motards.
A refund has been asked but now there is NO reply on that either.
Not a happy customer.
