After the recent storm knocked out our internet and knocked our dish off the roof, Kyle came to the rescue! He was incredibly fast, getting everything back up and running in no time. Not only was he efficient, but he was also very friendly and approachable, making the whole experience stress-free. Kyle took the time to explain what had happened and ensured everything was working perfectly before he left. We truly appreciate his helpfulness and professionalism—highly recommend his service!

Great service from Arden Broadband always
We have been with Arden Broadband for 13 years and have had exemplary service all those years. Working from home quick and reliable WIFI is very important and Arden has always supplied us with that. In a household of 2 adults and 2 children we have always found that our WIFI is able to meet the demands. During the recent storm Éowyn our receiver came of the roof and as soon as Arden were notified they were out to fix it and had us back up and running. If anyone is looking for a broadband provider we would highly recommend Arden Broadband. Thanks for all guys!

Excellent Support
During the recent storm emailed ( once mobile coverage restored ) support to tell them that my dish needed to be realigned. Engineer rang to arrange call out but I had to cancel as I had no power - Once i did have power engineer rearranged and was out within 24 hours on Bank Holiday...

We have had our broadband with Eurona Arden Broadband from they started out (20 years +) Paul, Kyle, Dan and the customer service team have always been available to help out when things have gone wrong here. We have recently gone on to the Hi-Speed fibre which is backed up by our old Arden system this has proved to be a life saver this week with the wireless service getting us back up and running again. Our business relies on Eurona Arden to provide us with good access to Broadband and I have to say they have definitely done this even against the odds during Storm Eowyn.

I have been a customer of Eurona…
I have been a customer of Eurona Broadband for over ten years now . Last year I signed up with them for Fibre and at that time they advised me to keep the outgoing system in place just in case the Fibre is out for any reason . What a great piece of advice that turned out to be as storm Éowyn came along and our Fibre Broadband was gone . Eurona had their systems up and running on Sunday 26th and we got back up and running again . Great team of people including Paul , Dan and the engineers

I am with Eurona Arden Broadband nearly ten years and i was never without power for more than 2-3 hours.i joined another provider last year so i always had backup as i could not operate without broadband as a busy insurance broker. The other provider still has not come back on line so its a credit to Eurona Arden. After storm Eowyn last thursday Eurona Arden had us back up and running monday at 12midday thanks to Paul and Kyle and team..GREAT SERVICE..

Have Been with Arden broadband for 6 years . A positive review is long deserved as both the service and the team are exceptional. There has rarely been any interruption in service and on the occasion when there has (due to weather) it has been dealt with promptly by the team with personal check in to ensure everything is working efficiently - even down to changing and set up of equipment . Myself and many of my neighbours work/run businesses from home in Cavan and really rely on an efficient broadband service. Arden supports this and provided us with connection when other providers could not due to our location.
I cannot recommend the team highly enough from the ladies in the office (and Dan) to the engineers most notably Derek who are extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting any IT issues ! A very professional team !
