This times I am not very happy with the support. It each contact take hours until I receive an answer. And until now I have no possibility to whatch TV. It is no supoort 24/7.
The frist time it worked better.
A lot of the time channels don't work, Buffering is non stop its imposable to watch TV or movies, the content is out of date latest being 2024, and when you have paid customer service no longer respond when you ask for help to fix the problems. Do NOT Spend your money here

After a good trial and an initially responsive period, the service deteriorated and is now very laggy and buffers often. The trial and the actual service was also quite different. They don't respond in a timely fashion and their VOD isn't always updated.
The App is Ok but when i want Watch Football, F1 or MotoGP and i canno’t see it because it cut all the time.
