Very helpful staff and service.
Wonderfully long dates on the products and great prices. Lovely to be able to enjoy some foreign treats again before my next trip to France.

Website and ordering process/ arranging collect from store all efficient and customer-friendly. Always have been. Product I ordered however has sadly deteriorated in quality (Le Petit Marseillais olive oil soap). Been buying this for years for dry skin on hands. No longer worth buying. This of course is nothing to do with Europa foods.

I really struggle to make spatzle but your dried variety solves all my problems and zero waste as I can cook just what I need! Thank you

I ordered canned chestnut puree of which over half of them were dented, not sure if they were like this before shipping or damaged during shipping. One out of three boxes of biscuit were completely smashed into crumbs with package damaged,however the other two looks perfectly fine, not sure what happened again. I shall probably not order from here again giving the horrible condition on the received items.

I thought I was ordering 6 doz X 1 lit Hepar water and received 6 doz 75cl instead. I now see both sizes are listed on the site at the same price! We have ordered this product from other suppliers for years and never use anything else but 1 lit. Bottles. Confusion for an older person, perhaps. Difficult to accept as an error, definitely! Misleading in the extreme

The giant babybels are exactly that - huge. Great service, arrived on time, would definitely recommend

We recently ordered some zero alcohol Pastis; my husband really likes the aniseed flavour but Pastis and Pernod are very expensive in the UK. I’m pleased to say that he is delighted by the purchase and finds the taste of the drink excellent. The bottles were also packaged very carefully and arrived promptly and undamaged.
I will certainly buy again and consider buying some other French products next time.

Ordering was easy but delivery took almost 2 weeks.
Product quality hit and miss. Streaky bacon inedible tooo salty. Cumberland sausages just ok. German sausages good taste but casing is way too thick..not pleasant. Will not order again

Site easy to use, product arrived on time. Was surprised at the care and attention given to the packaging of my items (breakable) which arrived unscathed. Great company to use for sourcing foods I have enjoyed on the continent but am unable to find here in the UK. Will use again and recommend

Good food but the few tin cans I ordered were packaged in a huge box filled with styrofoam and plastic wraps, why? What a waste. Disposing of all that wasn't easy either.
Please look into biodegradable packaging. Cardboard would have done the job

Really happy to have found this website. I can finally buy my steak tartare(ready to eat), French cheese, milk and other products that i cant find anywhere such as authentic Greek yogurt. Would be nice to see more Portuguesa products such as Portuguese Cod, but hopefully in the future.

Really wonderful to be able to get French products, as it can be so hard to find most of them outside of mainland Europe.
EuropaFood have a fab selection, and package things really well to prevent any damage to the products while shipping. They only ship to UK but I went through AddressPal to get it delivered to me in Ireland :)

Great service, used online chat to ensure they had enough quantity for my order. Got prompt responses and friendly service. Order was delivered well packaged and with a lenghty expiry date. Overall would use again and was happy with their services.

fuss free checkout, fast, reliable postage and slightly cheaper prices than amazon and ebay. Sad that Asda etc dont stock golden grahams any more....they were £2 a box...now the equivalent of £5.30 with postage (when ordering 10 boxes....) a box of cereal should never cost £5.30.

Our Christmas eve meal would not have been as scrumptious, if it wasn't for all the good ingredients we had from Europafood!✨️👌 foie gras, snails, canapés' bread...all were great products😋👍
