My order is not sendt, its payd 7mnds ago,They dont take phone, and dont call me back.

What went right is the question, I placed an order on the 09/10/25 for a pair of mirrors for a classic beetle, order number 31587, I was told one of the mirrors were out of stock and asked if I was willing to wait for them to get stock back in, I agreed to waiting and said I would not be using the car until show season started, I managed back after a few weeks to see how things were going and eventually got a reply to say they were still waiting for stock, again I agreed to wait as there was still plenty of time before show season, again i waited a few weeks and heard not received anything, I messaged again but received an immediate reply saying Shaun no longer worked for the company, a few days later someone else messaged me to say they were still waiting for stock and it shouldn’t be too long, again I agreed to wait, a few more weeks passed and by this time the show season was looming, I have send numerous emails etc and had no reply whatsoever, I’ve replied to the messages I’ve received and also messaged through the website and received nothing, £44.80 is still with them and I haven’t received my goods, today’s date is now the 28/04/26 so over 6 months ago, don’t know what’s happened to this company as they used to be trustworthy, if only companies cared about their customers nowadays,
I’ve since had to buy a pair of second hand mirrors to get me by bit would still like the items I paid Europa for.

The product arrived very quickly and was the correct part for my 1987 BMW E30 (unlike Euro Car Parts and Amazon!)

The address on the package was wrong and the item damaged.

Quality product exceeded my expectations and arrived really fast

Ordering and shipping was great but it took long time to deliver

Place my order and paid but 1 item out of 2 not in stock. I was sent an email saying it could take 1-2 weeks. Would have been good to know before I placed my order. A refund was offered which was appreciated though I agreed to wait.

Ask for Shaun he is super friendly and extremley helpful with bucket loads of knowledge! we have used this company for years and will continue to do so 👌
