Items never turned up plus I had to pay £6.99 for delivery. I emailed 3 times and also messaged them on WhatsApp, Facebook messenger and Instagram but no reply whatsoever. Had to eventually go through pay pal by making a dispute claim as that was the only way to get my money back. Please avoid this company at all costs!
Awful experience! They ruined my Christmas!
I did the big mistake to first trying this company before Christmas, as they seemed ( deceitfully) to have a larger selection of East European products.
So many reasons for disappointment:
1- Half of the order was missing without notice or explanation.
2- Many products were replaced with some sort of cheap alternatives, from brands I didn't like at all. Again - without notice or explanation.
3- After trying to call, and writing emails, nobody answered at all, and the mobile line seems to be off.
It has been more than 2 weeks since I haven't received a refund for the missing part of the order at least.
I advise you to avoid by all means!
