Basic in every sense of the word……
Just back from a week at Alannia resort at Catrel, Alicante. I stayed in cabin E2 and nothing is provided. No hand towel or tea towel, no hand wash or washing up liquid, no cleaning products or cloths. If you want anything, they will sell you a pack. Cleaning products are only supplied the day before you leave and there is a very detailed list of the pre- departure cleaning expected with the implied threat of losing your deposit if you don’t. There are no duvets supplied, just thin blankets so, as all of the heating is in the living area, the bedroom and shower room are freezing. I needed four blankets, it was so cold at night. The hosts are good, these are not their policies but they are Euroresorts policies and they appear to be exploiting the customers. I paid £350 for a week, enough that I would expect some basic supplies. The site is good however, clean and tidy with good facilities and the cabin has a large terrace but I would not use them again.
