Professional, thorough, and customer-focused!
Had a large bay window fitted in roughly 1.5hrs and everything was as smooth as needed. Fitters arrived on schedule, had their own equipment to keep nearby furniture away from work debris, and left everything just as it was before the work. Plenty of contact was made before and after the job as well to make sure there was no trouble with the work.
Definitely worth the price and genuinely would recommend!

Arrived on time. Both were lovely guys and worked very quick but efficient. Cannot fault them and definitely highly recommend. We will be returning customers when our next windows or doors need replacement!

New back door
The 2 lads were here ontime. They were quick and efficient when fitting my new back door. No mess was left. The instructions on how my new door works were clear and to the point. Overall a very positive experience. Would recommend Euroseal for any new doors and windows.

My overall experience with Euroseal was been brilliant, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and honestly. The fitter Wayne completed the work to an exceptional standard and left the areas where he worked, clean and tidy.
I am so happy with the service provided, I have chosen to go ahead with having another window and door replaced.

Positive experience
When 1st quoted all information was provided and mock ups gave us a great understanding of what we could choose to suit our house. Fitting was completed earlier in the day than previously advised but communication was given 24hrs in advance and worked out better in the long run. Fitters were polite, friendly and cleaned everything to a great standard. I would highly recommend

Laughed at and insulted on my own doorstep
Had an unpleasant experience with Euroseal double glazing salesmen at my home today. When I said I wasn't interested, they laughed at me. When I told them to leave, they shouted back, telling me to 'go back inside and get dressed.'
Harassing people at their own front door and making personal comments when turned away is completely unacceptable, aggresive and unprofessional.
If this is how they behave before a sale, think carefully before inviting them into your home.

Let me apologise, this is rude and shocking behaviour from one of our staff, our team are trained constantly, on how to speak to all customers in a nice friendly manner, and they know when it's a no, then its a no, thank the customer for there time and leave. So I have no idea, why this has happened.
And yes, if you please supply me with details, all our vehicles have trackers on so we know exactly where they are each day. And once I find out who it was who acted so unprofessionally then they will be dismissed immediately. we rely on the good name and reputation we have built over the last 25 years and I will not tolerate this in any way.
