The team and work quality was excellent
The team was excellent, best workers we’ve had in a very long time - friendly, polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Scaffolding was put up in less than half a day. Gutters soffits and fascia for a large house done in 2 days. The workmen turned up at the time arranged and the work was completed to a very high standard. Excellent communication at every point with company informing us of when they were coming, what time and what was going to happen. No hard sell. So happy that we are having more work done by Euroseal next month. Would highly recommend.

After a few problems with the job starting a new team of fitters was sent out who carried out the job with efficiency, hard work and a professional approach, very tidy too.We are delighted with the final result, the windows and door look fantastic. Poor quality windows & customer service
Windows were installed Nov 2024. Installation was poor, rather than putting bricks back in they filled holes with compo - looked shocking . Vents were faulty so when it was windy it was really noisy. These issues were eventually rectified.The lock on the composite front door has been changed 3 times now & is still not working correctly. The 2 front upstairs windows catch when being closed. They have been changed twice but still not right & we are now struggling to get them changed for a 3rd time. The company don't call back when they promise to. They have booked appointments to come out then not turned up when we have taken time off work & lost money in doing so. They don't seem to care. For the extortionate price they charge for the Windows all they seem bothered about is putting pressure on you at the point of sale to get you to sign up for them then not give a damn when things go wrong. I wouldn't recommend them . The only recommendation I would give is not to go near them with a barge pole. We have given them plenty of opportunity to put our windows right before leaving this review but as they still haven't felt we had no choice but to leave this.
Thankyou for your reply. I can assure you I am not a window company. My partner has been the person contacting your company so I have emailed his details to you. To make this even worse when the windows were installed he had literally just come home from hospital after suffering a heart attack & having triple bypass surgery. He is still not fully recovered & this stress is not helping his weak heart.

The lads were pleasent quick and efficient. The cleaned up after they had completed the work. Prior to leaving they showed me photos of the completed work from the outside. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them or contacting them next time I need work doing.

Offered a 12 month quote of 9k for 4…
Offered a 12 month quote of 9k for 4 windows 2 being small ones, they then came down to 5k straight away soon as I said no that's too expensive. Soon as Mentioned time for me to think about it as this created some doubt they got very rude basically told me to do one and the 12month quote was only for 9k not 5k. Sounds to me like they pull prices from the sky and bully people to signing the dotted line on the day! also got a better quote from a different firm same windows for 2k. Cowboys.

The garage door fitter, Paul, arrived on time as arranged, he was polite, professional and carried out a first class job. The attention to detail and effort to provide a first class service was impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who wishes to upgrade their current garage door.

As ive already told them the rigmarole that you have to get through just to get a price is horrendous. No body this day and age wants to go though that... work wise and the end result is fabulous ut weather you barter down to a price that's reasonable is beyond comprehension.. my neighbour loved my canopy but I told her to go elsewhere as it would be cheaper..

Top quality and professional service
Absolutely made up with the door. The installers were so nice, professional and had it installed quickly and efficiently. The door is beautiful and such a good quality. They left the area clean and tidy once completed too. I would use these again!

Great service nice staff recommended
We just had a main door fitted by Euroseal. They kept me updated on time arrival when they were on the way. They arrived and greeted politely. Door was fitted perfectly. We had a little chat and they showed me what I should notice (mainly because of the some differences between the new and old door) . They cleaned up everything before leaving.
Immediately booked to replace some bay windows and looking forward to their next arrival.
