This review is specific to the customer service call centres as the collection date hasn't happened yet. I made contact by the online form. Both were replied to almost immediately and they had understood my request and attempted to resolve whch they did in part. 4 stars for the online communications swift response. I then had cause to speak by telephone to Yagmur. She was polite, efficient and resolved the issue without question and confirmed the resolution by email immediately which was to re arrange the collection date. Yagmur Dobaj understood my predicament and answered my questions knowledgeably and with a calming confidence. She repeated my name during the conversation making the experience personal. Lets hope that the rest of the process, as in the collection and transportation is as problem free. Many thanks Yagmur always best to actually speak to someone as the online forms dont always provide the full picture.

Had a deliver scheduled from Spain to Germany. Contacted Alexandra from eurosender as I had no information on the status of my order. She was able to locate my parcel in no time. Such a great experience for me as a customer!

Besides the whole messy situation I got because of some reason no one told me. I first asked for a
reschedule to Tuesday (because they didnt come Friday because I didn't pick up the phone at the moment, it passed 30min so ok). And the agent said Monday. Then I ask to confirm, (that same day Monday) and they said Tuesday is when they coming to pick it up. No one comes Tuesday (no calls at all) so I ask Wednesday and Barbara answers, she tries to help me so we reschedule to Thursday plus she says she will contact me at the end to this same day. She doesn't. So today Thursday I contact Eurosender again and Spela answers me saying Barbara will try to contact me as soon as she can. I ask Spela to tell me the reason of why Barbara didnt do what she said because she was talking to her while talking to me, and instead of answering she reads it and closes the chat. From there, I got Barbaras email just to tell me she doesn't know why. So I had to contact myself GLS Spain (which I got issues too) and they tell me to contact Eurosender. To sum up I had to figure it out myself. Poor customer service, don't want to help

This service lures you in with the "cheapest" rates, but it's a trap. Two months later, you’ll get hit with massive, retroactive surcharges for "mismeasurements" or "packaging errors."
They demand payment within 3 days and immediately threaten legal action via a noreply email. To dispute it, you’re forced into a support form with a tiny 500-character limit, only to receive a rude "you must pay" response.
If you want a reliable business partner, stay far away. If you want to gamble with your money and sanity, go ahead. Never again.

When I request proof of their measurement, they shared a screenshot of a part of a spreadsheet. They are not transparent at all, unless you count their hundred page length terms of services.
