Ordered a school backpack (annox gen) for my daughter online. The website was easy to navigate and there was good communication from the site regarding my order. The backpack was shipped very quickly and the product itself is great. It is a nice sturdy backpack with plenty of pockets. My only negative is that the week after I ordered the backpack it was reduced significantly in price, so I could have saved a lot of money if I had waited or been aware that it would go on sale.

I purchased two pairs of roller blades, and was not disappointed. The Euroskateshop kept me updated throughout the delivery process which put me at ease. When the products came and after unboxing you could see the high quality which they where made of.

Im super inpressed with my skates as they look good and feel confortable to wear and perform as they should.

I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high quality and great perfomance products.

I bought the NKX surfskate and it skates really well. Probably as nice as my two Carver surfskates which both had the C7 front truck. I'm impressed. And the shipping from Denmark to California USA was fast too. Thank you.

What made my experience great is the customer service. Ordered two skooters and had a slight issue. The skateshop took care of me in a professional timely manner. This is what builds longevity in a business. Bravo

My advice would be to find another shop to order from. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with both the product and the customer service.

I ordered skates that appeared red and pink in the photos, but the pair I received was brown and light pink. The shop eventually stopped replying to my emails, which felt like an easy way to avoid dealing with the complaint. When I called, we had to switch to English because the employee could not communicate in a Scandinavian language. This would not have been a problem in itself, but he was rude, unhelpful and repeatedly interrupted me before I could finish speaking.

The difference between red and pink skates and brown and light pink ones may seem minor to an adult. However, for a six-year-old who had saved her own money to buy new skates, it was important that the product matched the photos on the website.

I was offered the option of returning the skates, but I would have had to pay NOK 149 for the return. After having my emails ignored and receiving such poor customer service, I am not sure it is worth the trouble for a relatively inexpensive pair of skates.

If you find a suitable product at another shop, I would strongly recommend ordering it there instead. I will certainly buy our next pair of skates elsewhere.

It says nothing about being from Denmark Mark and nothing about expecting to pay more to send it back to you guys. This is another lie from you guys straight scam. Do not buy this shit product. These people will lie to you and take your money.

Good product and provide information about delivery

We paid for an express delivery (2 working days) - as this was offered during the order. The reason was we wantwd to be sure we get the product before we leave for vacation. 3rd working da late eveningy, GLS reported they were not avle to deliver (probably because we chose a delivery box and the product was too large, dont know, no details provided). As we were leaving for vacation we had ti changw the delivery time to a normal shop, obe wewk later… so we still do not have the product ordered on Sat15aug with express delivery within 2 working days (we expected to get it on 18th, latest 19th)… maybe more information on delivery would help - where is it shipped feom and whether the express delivery applies for shippmenta from abroad, how big is the package and whether usual box is able to accept it? So far the experience is rather pure, maybe just for coincidence, but currently it is as it is… product paid not delivered after 1,5 weeks…
