I recently had floating stair case fitted in one of my rental properties. They kept on changing the price not to mention the finishing and the craftsmanship was absolutely shambles. It looks nice in pictures but in reality it looks tacky. Won't use these guys again as found another better company.

I asked for tailored specific design bash quotation was to much for me so I decided to go elsewhere and purchase the stairs online the quality online seed good but when they arrived they were poor quality waste of my money I decided to contact euro stairs Ltd bash the main himself he reassured me the quality of there stairs is good and gave me 10 year garanteee so I decided to proceed and let me tell you his work is amazing so guys do check eurostairsltd on instagram.

My experience with Bash Euro Stairs was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially hired to complete a job by August 23 with a promised completion within 4 weeks, he failed to deliver on his commitment. Instead, he disappeared for a staggering 3 months after taking our money, leaving us without a staircase in our home.

Throughout this ordeal, Bash Euro Stairs displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. He ceased all communication, ignoring our calls and texts, even when we resorted to begging for updates. I vividly remember the heart-wrenching moments of sending him videos of my terrified children, crying due to the unsafe environment caused by his incomplete work. Despite witnessing the distress he caused, he remained callous and indifferent upon his return.

The damage didn't stop there. Upon his eventual, much-delayed return, he managed to exacerbate the situation by smashing glass, destroying our newly installed tiles and walls. Shockingly, he offered no apology or compensation for the additional mess and damage he caused.

Adding to the list of his transgressions, it came to light that Bash Euro Stairs had no insurance coverage, leaving us vulnerable to the consequences of his incompetent workmanship. His lack of professionalism, disregard for safety, and absence of insurance highlight a pattern of negligence that no homeowner should have to endure.

As a cautionary tale, I strongly advise anyone considering his services to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough research. Bash Euro Stairs' unscrupulous behavior, coupled with his lack of insurance coverage, make him a risky and unreliable choice for any construction project.
