Don't stay at Hotel Regina in Seville

I stayed at Hotel Regina in Seville. Room
super small. In booking photo shows desk. Only furniture is ONE nightstand and a metal dining chair. I asked in prearrival email for a parking space, reply was to ask at check-in.Was told on arrival had to go to public lot 15 min walk. My car was out front and she told me 3 times I had five minutes to take my things to my room. I found out that night I could get a space for the next day which they didn't bother to tell me. The front desk staff is extremely unhelpful and border on rude. I left my teeth retainers in the bathroom. They said they had them but TOTALLY up to me to figure out how to get them sent back. I called corporate and they were also rude and just kept telling me it was my issue and deal with that Hotel. You can't even arrange for a package to be picked up without the deminsions and weight. Don't stay there if you want a nice, care free stay with good service

Stayed at Eurostars Las Salinas in…

Stayed at Eurostars Las Salinas in Fuerterventura for the 3rd time. There are many negative reviews about this hotel, but we cannot fault it. The food is OK, and you will always find something decent to eat. The staff are brilliant, rooms are big and always clean. Towels changed every day, and the bar and evening staff are fantastic. In my opinion the negative reviews are somewhat nit picking, and the features and location of this hotel are a major plus point.

We booked 2 nights at the Eurostars…

We booked 2 nights at the Eurostars Portico hotel in Alicante. As it was our 59th wedding anniversary our 2 sons treated us to the hotels Romantic package that is shown on their website at a cost of 35€ . For this you get a bottle of Cava, box of chocolates, plate of cut up fruit, some paper rose petals on the bed and a room upgrade. We got the rose petals and a small bottle of Cava. We had to ask 3 times for the chocolates and fruit. We had already upgraded our room at time of booking so couldn't be upgraded therefore we think we should have received a credit for the extra cost. On checking my bank statement I found we had been charged 10€ for a bottle of wine which we did not have, how disgraceful is that? I phoned the hotel and they said a credit would be sent. I do not live in hope of receiving it. The sign outside shows 5 star. 3 would be nearer the mark. The customer service is non existant. The only decent part was the breakfast. The lounge is not restful and the chairs uncomfortable. The road outside is only for buses and taxis so impossible to stop and unload luggage. The nearest car park is opposite the Meliá Hotel and costs 20€ a night. It's a 10 minute walk if you are in your 80s as we are, quite difficult with cases. We made a big mistake booking this hotel there are others we have stayed in, in Alicante that are much better. I have written to Booking.com but there doesn't seem much they can do. I therefore suggest this hotel is avoided. The Meliá and San Francisco are superior.

Missing Items, Dismissive Staff, No Accountability

I stayed at Eurostars Hotel Wall Street for 6 nights and had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, two personal items of clothing that I had left on the bed disappeared after the linen was changed. I assumed this was a simple error that could be quickly resolved, however, when I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. I was told the housekeepers had already left, so they could not help me, and that the hotel is not responsible for personal items.
What was most frustrating was not just the loss itself (150$ of value), but the attitude received. This wasn't a theft of course, but from the beginning, there was little concern on the issue, and the only action was to say they had “asked” about it. After I checked out, I had to initiate the conversation and ask for updates. There was no follow-up and no accountability. After a week of exchanging emails with the local Front Office Manager and their Quality Department, the most notable feedback I received was simply a reminder that the hotel is not responsible under [quoting here] "the terms and conditions you signed at check-in."
Hotels should prioritize guest trust and safety, and in this case, I felt neither. Pick your hotel with attention if you value your belongings or expect even basic customer care.

Eurostars Munich (München)

Eurostars Munich (München)
We had a seminar in the conference area. The breakfast was very generous. But the food was quite simple. For example, sandwiches like the ones I know from London supermarkets.
Lunch was a disaster: cold food, not cooked properly. Whether it was fish, potatoes, or side dishes. The catering was charged at €170 per participant.
The participants who sat on the window side of the conference room were freezing. The windows were so draughty that cobwebs were moving in the air current.
The seminar organiser apologised to us participants and will no longer hold training courses there.

Eurostars Danube Budapest

We stayed at Eurostars Danube Budapest; I had good opinion in the past about this hotel, however in this winter I stayed 3 nights and all heating system was off or broken, we literally frozen every night, also the restaurant hall was without heating, some of personnel wearing coats. I asked every day to fix my room (superior) heating but nothing. As as result the following week i stayed 5 days home sick. Wrote to them to complain and ask for reimbursement, substantially they played like not understanding our complaints, notwithstanding pictures, evidences etc. still asking for clarifications or explanations etc. to send back the issue to us. This has been very frustrating as customer assistance in addition to a ruined holiday. So we recommend to avoid given the poor attention to client.
