Avoid like the plague definitely a scam site

Eurotaxi charges you, then they cancel the order and never returns the money. They are thieves

We were let down. Booking to the airport was cancelled last minute. No refund was given. Thieves.

Beware of this company!
Paid money, received no service!
No phone number on the website.

A Taxi was booked and paid for, but no taxi arrived and there was no cancellation. Afterwards, we received an email apologizing for the cancellation and promising a refund.
That was the last response from EUROTAXI.IT. No money was forthcoming.
The police have been notified.

All the reviews are correct. You order the taxi, pay for it then they send you an email saying they are unable to send you a taxi so your money is refunded. Of course you never get the refund. They do not answer emails. It’s called fraud and the company should be investigated.

AVOID (SCAM) this company simply exists to trick people out of money and deny them refunds.

Still waiting nearly 2 months later for promised refund of £82.07 for a taxi that never turned up and never existed.

Scammers.

I made two separate bookings, both paid in advance, and neither of them was fulfilled. The rides were cancelled without any explanation and without offering any alternative.

After the cancellations, the company completely disappeared: no replies, no assistance and no refund at all.

Paying for two services and receiving absolutely nothing is unacceptable. After checking online, I discovered that many other customers had exactly the same experience, which suggests a repeated and very serious pattern of behaviour.

Due to the gravity of the situation, I have decided to proceed with legal action.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this website in order not to risk losing money and being left without an essential service.

Worst company ever! I have booked taxi twice and they deducted money from my account and I haven’t get their service.As usual I haven’t get my money back! Its a fraud company in Europe!

If I could rate this a zero, I would!! DO NOT use this service. We reserved a taxi while in Milan, IT for a 4:30 am pickup for an early flight. The price was almost half of what we saw elsewhere. Well that was too good to be true. We paid when we made the reservation, and the next day got an email stating their "driver had cancelled, which rarely ever happens" and that we would "get a refund within 5-7 business days." We emailed them twice, with no response or refund. At least they let us know no one was coming at 4:30 am so we could make other arrangements.

I booked a taxi in Torrevieja and payed in advance but the taxi never showed up. We had to order a new taxi to get to the airport. But I has not got my money back. Is this the companies business idea, pay in advance and do not show up.

DO NOT USE, we were also scammed we waited 1 hour for a taxi to not arrive, no response to emails bar an apology one saying due to an emergency the driver couldn't make it and we would receive a refund, which never arrived, as reliable as there taxi service! but this was days later, this website needs shutting down!!

Total scam. I booked a car with driver to go from Perugia in Italy to Rome airport and paid in advance, 190 Euros. Became suspicious of them when they did not respond to emails and tried to cancel the booking. No responses to any of my emails, no car showed up and no response to my attempts to get a refund!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would have rated as negative if the scoring would permit. We booked a taxi to collect us from Malpensa airport, with our flight arriving quite late, just as the trains stop running. However, during our flight, before we landed, we were emailed to say that they had been unable to allocate a driver, that this only happens on very rare occasions, and that we would be refunded in 5-9 business days. Needless to say, over 2 weeks later and still no refund, and no responses to our emails. Don’t be scammed like we were - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Scam. This taxi service takes your money, tells you your taxi is booked, then cancels at the last minute. It promises a refund, but the refund never arrives and they do not respond to any correspondence.

Please avoid at all costs.

Not a serious business. Got my taxi cancelled twice and still waiting on a promised refund after 3 weeks. Part is my fault for not checking TrustPilot where they have a 1.6 rating.
I'm surprise of the good rating on Google, it doesn't match any other platform.

Scammed out and airport transfer. Getting my money back from my credit card company.
Reported them to the national fraud and cybercrime unit in the uk. They have started an investigation into them. Advise others to do the same.
Looking into it they appear to be working out of Gloucester. The I.T. is meaningless.
Complain to Sumup as well. They should not still be taking payments for a company that commits fraud.

Scammers - no taxi, stole money. Avoid!!!!

DO NOT USE! Like others, we’ve been scammed by the operators of this site. Booked and paid for taxi Uber style. Didn’t arrive. Unable to get a response from company. Later received apologetic email (which now looks like it goes to everyone) explaining they’d been let down at last minute by a driver and couldn’t get a replacement but they’d return our money within 5-9 working days. Cash isn’t returned. They don’t respond to email complaints snd there is no other contact for them. Credit card company now reimbursing us and dealing direct with the scammers

UPDATE: Make sure you contact your bank to dispute the charge, don’t just accept your money as lost. My bank has just credited my account with the charge and will now be getting it back from these scammers. If everyone does this they will not be able to make money from unsuspecting people.
