We had a customer with a European vehicle break down and couldn't get the parts here in the US. Found Euspares online and they were quick and helpful matching VINs and parts. Great company!

After the purchase we had a problem with shipping.Through emails sent I responded to Mitch Thompson, Jane Thompson, Thomas Anderson, Lola Johnson, Kevin Frost and finally Mary Croft who at last responded to my emails and helped us solve the DHL problem. If an email is sent and response is returned it would be normal to continue working with this rep. In was not so in your case. It was very frustrating. During this period my order was cancelled. The parts eventually were shipped, received and were the correct part.

Euspares are CROOKS of the highest degree. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM.
I have now attempted to have my warranty claim processed now for over 3 weeks. They continue to delay my claim by repeatedly requesting THE SAME PAPERWORK multiple times and by getting different customer ( non) service officers on my case asking me THE SAME QUESTIONS as the previous 2 morons.
This is beyond a joke. They should think themselves extremely lucky I don’t live in the country as I wouldve personally visited them to rip them all new a holes !!!

Be aware that the parts will come from Berlin and not the UK (despite the UK domain). Actually they seem to trade as 'AutoDoc' across Europe. My order took a week to be dispatched and 4-5 days after that to ship. Prices are excellent though and customer service is very good - they checked and queried the version of the rear pads I'd ordered due to two different systems (Lucas/Bosh) 'randomly' being used for the same model year by Citroen (new discs and pads front and rear) when I rang to find out when they would be dispatched. So I'll happily use EuSpares - but not if I need the parts tomorrow or the day after! I ordered Brembo parts and genuine Brembo parts arrived :)

Ordered a headlight from Euspares and just had to write this review. Delivery was from Germany and item arrived really quickly and I was kept up to date throughout with emails, quality of parts was brilliant and price was very very competitive. Cannot recommend them enough, I will be using Euspares again for sure. Thanks

You are actually buying from AUTODOC based in Berlin Germany.
If you enter AUTODOC into Trustpilot you'll find that they have very good reviews. I thought I was buying from EUSPARES direct, placed the order then found the reviews...woops. I was worried.
The order was placed on the 26.11.18 and arrived with Dpd on 03.11.18.
So a little slow on delivery, but not bad as coming overland from Berlin, right parts arrived well packaged and great value. Just allow plenty of time for delivery. My parts were not urgent.
