Don’t recommend, cheap leather, bad quality

Honestly super disappointed with the quality of the purses; my black croco leather bag has less than 2 months and already looks like an old one. Don’t recommend anyone getting an Euterpe bag. They say “designer bags” but it takes more than simply a nice look to produce a “designer bag”.
When reaching to customer support, they reply within one minute saying that their quality department already knows about it but it’s just the way this leather behaves. Like FTW so you are aware of the poor quality of the materials and don’t offer any kind of support or exchange. They didn’t even ask what my order number is when I reached out. Beware of the quality, don’t recomment at all!
