Needed 16 tiles so ordered 4x boxes (via this showers mail order front - Uk Tile sales) advertised and invoiced as containing 4 tiles per box - ( later I found I had actually paid double the trade price offered elsewhere ). I received 4 boxes that actually contained 6 tiles-ie a total of 24 tiles- didnt they know? I requested, under the sale of goods act a refund and collection of 1 box as the goods were not as described and I certainly had no use for an extra quantity of 6 tiles. Request was refused despite the admitted error on their part. Check your prices elsewhere folks and do not expect a minimum level of after service or law abidance.

Sonya and team were fantastic in helping to decide what Porcelain tiles were needed behind our wood burner. Great choice and really helpful. In and out 15 minutes. Thanks

Went into the showroom at Euxton Tiles on Saturday 9th. The sales person on duty was excellent: helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to ensure I got the stock and the information I needed. Definitely customer service at its best. I'd highly recommend the store!
