My Hypervolt Home 3 Pro was installed in 1 hour and 50 minutes. Fantastic friendly service and good communication via email from the start. He even walked me through the Hypervolt App and explained everything to me regarding installing Solar and Battery in the future. I was especially pleased about him installing the isolator switches inside my garage and making it a neat and tidy install. I am yet to charge though but im sure it works just fine.

Very professional installation. Graham got in touch after I ordered our Hypervolt charger. We had an appointment scheduled not long after with our installer, Sean, who was an absolute gentleman. The installation and operation of the charger was clearly explained to me, aligned with my preferences, and the installation itself wasn't disruptive. Quick installation, professional service, highly recommended

I was referred to Graham through Hypervolt for my EV charger install & everything went very smoothly. Installation took place ~ 3 weeks after booking in, and happened the day I was given at the beginning. Communication was good throughout, responses were quick & answered my questions. On the day of installation, we agreed the cable routing, charger location etc & all was installed as agreed, he even ran a Cat5e cable along with the charging cable for me, so I could hardwire my charger rather than rely on wifi!

Very pleased with Graham's work. Very tidy and neat, and a great looking EV charger. Now I finally have my electric car here, I can thoroughly enjoyed charging it! I would 100% recommend Graham, he does what he says.

Even though we had to wait so long for Northern Power to do necessary works so we could have fuse upgrade . Graham kept in touch throughout the process. Finally we had the EV Charger installed yesterday , fitted as requested with minimal mess and hidden wires as possible . Explained the app and checked connection with me .Hooray finally charged our car from home during the night 😊

The technician was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that the work was aesthetically pleasing. He routed the cable through an underfloor crawl space to avoid having some ugly trunking along the length of my kitchen, and also explained how to use the car charger app.

Graham did an excellent job, turned up punctually and installed the charger. He went through the app and explained the features well.

Clear communication to arrange appointment; Graham arrived on time; he was polite, professional, speedy but not hasty, and patiently explained the app and demonstrated that the charger actually worked before departing. Highly recommended.
