Used them when they were “clean n gone”

We booked clean n gone for our end of tenancy clean at a property in South London, with 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Also to be cleaned was the kitchen.

We booked a clean that was to last 4 hours, with three cleaners (12 man hours).

When we returned to the property after work, we found that while the bathrooms and kitchen had been cleaned to a good standard, there had been no hoovering and our back door was wide open. The washing machine was dirty too, something we had specifically asked for a focus on.

We were charged £190 for the experience and were deeply dissatisfied. Not only were the contents of our house put at risk, but it was unclean to the point where we had to spend more time performing an additional clean in time for the end of tenancy check out check.

When we complained, we received the verbal equivalent of a shrug about the back door, and were told that the property had been hoovered, which it most definitely had not. We just feel a bit short changed and the company have been most unhelpful and un-empathetic.

I have used the casrpet cleaning service of Eva Cleaners last year and want to say that these guys are awesome. Prices are cheap and service is great.
