I accidentally ordered a pair of shoes that were way to small. Customer service was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with!!!!

Worst experience. I paid for an outfit plus $25 shipping to arrive 7-10 days. One: the outfit I ordered is out of stock. Two: they won't refund my money. I am told I have to purchase another outfit. Three: they are dicking me around about the shipping cost I paid. Stating I need to still pay shipping on the new item I am buying to replace the one I already paid for that was out of stock. Like WHAT?!?! Four: they told me that the 7-10 days shipping I originally paid for doesn't start until its actually been shipped, then the 7-10 days it will arrive from that shipping date. Not the date I ordered. NEVER heard of such a policy. I am still dealing with this 2 weeks now. Still haven't received my credit to even order another outfit. This is ridiculous 😒

I loved the Pride earrings/bracelets and shirt I bought, great quality and colors are so bright! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of pants and customer service helped me exchange them for the proper size. I couldn't be happier with my purchases and am excited to show them off at a Pride event next month! Yay!!

Customer service is wonderful! The size I ordered was to small so I reached out to them on returning my shorts. They kept in contact with me and walked me through the steps and I actually changed my mind and decided to do an exchange. They were so nice with me being a first time customer that I can pass on the smaller size to someone who can use them and they are sending me a new pair.

My product was received in a timely manner and the return process was easy.

I was very hesitant to order from this company as never did. First time the pants I ordered came in wrong size but with excellent customer service and communications they are shipping another pair! I am truly appreciative of there commitment to their customers. Great doing business with them. Gold star!

I have made many purchases with Evaless and have been very happy with my items. Great quality fast delivery. People ask where I order from so I have given Evaless website and they all seem happy as well. I have had one item that had to be exchanged and they have been very easy to work with on this issue.
I will keep ordering from Evaless in the future.

I ordered shoes in my regular size but they ended up being too big. I reached out and their customer service was very responsive and helpful. Still waiting to receive the replacement but happy with how it was all handled.

Great experience and customer service! The shoe I ordered was too big and really need them for baseball season so company shipping me a smaller size at no cost to me and kept the larger size to give away. Thank you for a great experience!
