It works good.

It kept saying the photo had some issue, while it was a very good, high-res, well-lit, no-glare, focused picture. After a frustratingly long time, it allowed me to move on anyway, take a selfie, another selfie with the ID, and then informed me my Chrome version was not compatible. I am trying to contact them about this, but the Contact form has been submitting for the past 10 minutes now.

It doesn't even deserve a star! I've been rejected 6 times already doing everything that I'm supposed to do! Sending emails to support and no response!

Evalid does not work! I have used an Android device, an iOS device a desktop device and a laptop. I have deleted chrome I have even used a device which has never had chrome installed before yet by some magical powers evalid always has the exact same error "there are issues with chrome" and I can't help to ask myself if there is no chrome never was any chrome how could there be a problem? Working in a technical field I always look at user error first and I am certain that user error is not a problem, device compatibility well if that is the case then evalid is so advanced that a device compatible with their system has yet to be made. I call phishing site! Anybody who comes on here giving 5stars and claim's negative comments have been posted by people who did it wrong and are just bitter are all liars and they are probably the scammers trying to ensure that ai search reviews don't call them the scammers, whereas they are the scammers and not just a site used by scammers but a site created by scammers for scammers.

Is evalid ligit because I just submitted a video of my face and ID on that frikin website. Also I don't know if i can trust theses comments that says it ligit with all stars .because mine was rejected like most people's here and im not gonna submit another one until i know the truth cause I don't have time to waste and I think I've done enough sharing my private information with these folks

This company seems to be associated with scammers and fraud. I was supposed to verify my Identity with them to be hired by a chat moderator online job that is a scam. Texting factory ? Didn't even think to check because the job was advertised on Google Chrome and IGN. But when it came to the last step of verification an error message showed up. They already have all my ID details including selfie. For a company that fight against fraud you surely do have a lot of fraudsters pretending to be legit working through your platform.
Ironic when a company that is suppose to protect your security and Identity from fraud is compromised by scammers and Identity theft.

I just got scammed, they stole my identity! A person pretended to be a Chat Agency. They will make you verify your ID and they won't reply on your texts anymore. They are selling your Identity. I wished that I have never done this.

I think that all those negative comments were submitted because their verification form was rejected. You need to do it right and follow the instructions. Y'all would call anyone a scammer even when it's your fault something went wrong. It took me less than 5 minutes to finish the verification form and I received the results an hour later. It all went well! Thanks.

Great service. No problems at all. Took me 20 minutes and my id was verified.

Absolute garbage, I tried four times verifying my identity on their website, I used a completely currently valid US State ID, entered in my information and made sure all the information were accurate, the photo of the ID I provided was crystal clear and all the information on it were clearly legible, the selfie I provided was clear and definitely of my own too, however after four times they"rejected" my verification for unknown reasons and terminated my application too. I have done the exact same ID verification process on other platforms and never had an issue like this, it's clear their platform engine isn't actually capable of performing an actual ID check, and I don't even know how a company advertising to provide a service is basically fundamentally incapable of even providing that service, what's even more funny is that if you can't process and verify a US ID then you probably shouldn't be in business because its one of the most used IDs in the world. I read all the other reviews on here and am glad to know I wasn't the only one, its clear the business probably only partners with other shady businesses because if they were used by legitimate businesses their ability to provide service would have already been called into question. I'm looking forward to the effortless denials you are going to write in response to my review (like you did for all the other ones) but just know that your reputation on Trustpilot is clearly already ruined and you seem to be a shady shell-only business at best and waste people's time

Even if you write here that your services are actually real and are actually able to verify ID's nobody is going to believe you as 90% of the reviews here claim the contrary, so save a finger

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. My employer wants them to validate my method of payment but they reject all my attempts at verification. When I contact customer support, they tell me by email that they can't accept my application. What do you think I'm going to do to get my salary if you don't validate my checks? I've got a family to feed, you know?

Total SCAM. What's worse, the FRAUDS on YouTube promoting these scammers..Going report his channel now.

This is a Scam Company wich works for other Scam companies like Chat Moderation Companies. They share the data and the ID Informations.

I already contacted Interpol and the local police wich told me that this company has no registration at all, so this shows that this company is a scam. Do not upload your ID. If you want to can complain to Interpol with the company name, they already been informed and my complain is done.

For Example, they want ID Verification for a Scam Company called Arbeit-von-Zuhause wich is a non registrated company as well.

NOTICED SOME GIVING GOOD RATING BECAUSE THEY WERE ASSISTED WELL BY EVALID CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THE MERE FACT PEOPLE NEED TO CALL SUPPORT MEANS THERES AN ISSUE! SIMPLE RCA THAT WILL HELP IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SAVE YOU MONEY!

I have been to verify my Identity for days and have used multiple different devices and have followed the guidelines yet my verification keeps getting rejected every single time, I have been trying to contact them and get no answer and its so frustrating because im doing everything correctly, the pictues are clear and not cut off, evalid system and communication is so horrible, Id give a negative 50 star if I could!

Your security is too strict you can't verify something you Clearly see. It always rejecting for no reason
