I Used evans to sell several houses for me. I always used to use the bigger corporate Estate Agents, but I never did get that one to one personal service . I met Candy and she convinced me to try an Independant agent for a change so I did and have never looked back....well done to candy and her team!

Brilliant and helpful estate agents we have been viewing properties with them for a while now and thankfully we had found the most suitable properties for ourselves and Evans staff did everything to help us get this specific property. Evans staff are very helpful and sweet. One of the best estate agents I would say and are highly recommend.

We were selling our sons property who sadly died less than 12 months after moving in. The service and sympathetic help we received was first class, Evans went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. As we didn’t live locally they arranged all the viewings and reported back to us regularly, when we needed recommendations to help clear the property they arranged it all for us. Charlee was amazing from start to finish! House was on the market inside 24hrs and sold within 48. Charlee made everything so easy and was available at all times through the process. Evans were really proactive in making sure solicitors were moving along as they should be, and Charlee even chased and resolved delays on the part of our buyers to get the moving date we wanted! Bought and sold through Evans with this move, and if we ever move again we know who to call!
